Receptionist was helpful and very funny. Property was well kept, the room was comfortable and the free wifi was excellent! The food is where Match Resort shines though without a doubt. I shared two excellent meals with my work colleagues and I'd visit again just for the food. Great for short stays or business related trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Match Resort. The staff was friendly and the Manager of the place greeted us every time he saw us and asked if everything was Ok. The place was clean and in a very nice neighborhood, i.e., safe. It is not a brand new place, but the facilities were kept up nicely. Although, I have...

We had a room with two beds right by the ice machine on the 2nd floor. I couldn't sleep all night long because the ice machine and people came to get an ice made loud notice. Our bathroom door was broken and there were no patio chairs in the patio. We preordered breakfast at 7:45 am but finally got food...

You will not find better value for money in the Port Antonio area. We stayed for 5 nights with another couple making our first return to the area in over 40 years. Our two bedroom villa had a spacious lounge and a kitchen equipped with full oven, microwave, fridge freezer and kettle. The bedrooms had plenty of room, the beds...

Canceled my resevation from the Jamaica Palace Hotel and found this very friendly hotel where my friends had booked several rooms. Spoke with the owner, since I was without a hotel and he rearranged rooms and schedules to accomodate several of us. Free breakfast, which was very good and a very friendly staff. Had a wonderful time. Definately recommend.

I recently spent a weekend at this resort, and must admit that it just does not measure up. The Cable has approximately 6 channels, which are unreliable, the Towels need to be replaced, there is a Coffee Maker, without condiments, the entrance road is in a very bad condition, and the property could do with some urgent renovation. On the...

The location is far from anything. Having a car or transportation is required. The service is ok. The rooms are basic and the restaurant is bad. Takes for ever to get your meal, which is pretty basic and small portions. Bar prices are too expensive. Make sure to bring your own alcohol.

My wife and I recently spent a weekend and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly atmosphere. The owner (Mr. Richard Harris) and his staff were kind and really made us feel like we were part of a larger Jamaican family. The room was excellent, the food delicious and the ambiance was superb. And last but not least...

Spent a weekend there and the pictures didn't quite measure up to reality. However, this is a nice property with a pleasing atmosphere. The best thing about it was the staff for which I would return! Very friendly and accommodating! The rooms would do well with a phone/intercom system that we were assured would be in place soon, along with...
