Hi there, it's Jean Gaynair from Negril. I'm the manager of a great collection of condos located at one of the major traditional hotels in Negril. Negril Beach Club Condos is centrally located group of twenty condos with full amenities you would expect at any hotel. We have a pool, full water sports and scuba facilities adjacent, restaurant, snack shop, bar, and plenty of parking. The value we offer is outstanding. The owners of these condo's ask me to market them as a group, and I have my own office there right at the hotel. Once I was involved in the hotel at large, which includes a time-sharing operation. I've spent the majority of my professional career working in this area, and I really know it. I think that is why so many people choose us, as the connections and knowledge of the town add to the value to your experience. Let me put you on a tour or even a jet ski while you're in town. The Negril Beach Club Condo's offer, standard, studio and 2 room condos. All modern with TV, AC, and kitchenettes plus a balcony. We are about 3/4 miles from the Negril Roundabout on the 7 mile beach road, so there's lots of beach to walk. It's hard to get real info out of this website. Costs are not given, but what is given is a general runaround with no end in sight. It's frustrating to be looking for availability and cost, and it's always "on the nest page", which of course, you never quite get there. Very sad indeed,

Average, clean, great people and very very reasonably priced has kept us coming at least once a year since 2000. Great location. Nice clean pool and on the Beach. Can't beat it for the money. Good security.

Stayed to attend a vow renewal with Fam and friends, spacious clean condos with nice balcony, full kitchen and adjoining room extension. Amenities are a little dated but upgrades are in-progress. Jamaican food at the beach bar was good and reasonably priced. Walk-unto beach was clean and spacious with good sun/shade and seating.

We bought a non smoking room but we were unable to use one of the the three rooms as it was heavily infused with smoke. We spoke to the property owner and she visited the room to verify the state. She agreed that the room was not habitable and confirmed that a full refund would be given. In the morning she only gave us a partial refund for the room we didn’t use.
Also, the room we didn’t use was sold immediately after we left it. Which means they did not sanitize the space for the other guests which is a complete breach of the COVID-19 protocol in Jamaica

Entering lobby we had 4 employees looking bewildered. The confusion at checkin, considering we booked on line ahead of our arrival, was our first clue that this would be a below average hotel. Yes, the price on line is low and we were not expecting a 5 star resort. However common knowledge of how to checkin a guest wasn't asking for too much. We were told that we were being "upgraded" to a room with a balcony because the other room wasn't clean yet. Well the "upgraded" room wasn't clean either. The cleaning person was still in the room. The balcony wasn't anything special. It consisted of a folding table and 2 plastic patio chairs and the traffic sound could be heard all night long. The furnishings were very dated. The bathroom very small. It took 10 minutes for hot water to get to sink

This place has a perfect location. A bit of a drive from the airport but with it. Right on 7 mile beach. Plenty of shade trees. Plenty of chairs. A pool, a hot tub. You can walk up and down 7 mile and into town in minutes to buy groceries. We rented from a private owner. Nothing fancy. But all we needed. A nice deck. There is a restaurant on site with security on the beach. We are going back again this year.

The property itself is not the subject of this review. We rented through air BnB from a private owner. The room was dirty...everywhere. Floors, walls, toilet, nothing was clean. We bought supplies and left it cleaner than when we checked in. We had trouble getting a wifi password because the owner is separate from the resort. Ours never worked. We had to get staff to give us the hotels password. Our safe was not available because someone supposedly took the key. Our AC unit froze up twice because of dirt. Fortunately I know how to clean and get it going again. We had to beg the owner for towels and sheets. He was extremely uncooperative, asked me to stop involving air BnB because it was making him look bad. He lied to me about being a "new owner". Others in the building have been fighting him for several years. People only come back to this building because of its outstanding location...literally ON the beach. And there was construction going on upstairs. I would never stay in Ricky's building again. The rest of the property gets a 4.

Room, location just perfect I have been to Negril many times and I don't think I would stay any where else after this trip. Jean Gaynair did a great job selecting a room that would work great for me. Housekeeping was excellent, food choices on property and nearby were very affordable and delicious.

Our stay at negril beach club was top notch. I am not an all inclusive person so this was perfect. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating as anytging we needed they did their very best to make happen. Beach club is a community of people from ALL over that share these beautiful grounds and probably one of the best beaches in the world. The location is prime. 10 min walk from town and really not difficult to get around anywhere as they have safe and reliable taxis waiting just across the street. I cannot wait to go back so my wife and i booked another trip for March haha. Special thank to Miss Jean, Turlian, Deandra and Kareen for making our stay one we will NEVER forget !!! See you on the beach 😁🤙

Our small condo is very quaint, with everything we need, except for paper towels which we purchased at the mini mart on the property. The beach is breathtaking, and the water is better than the pictures I’ve seen. It reminds me of Aruba. The people here are very friendly, but are also trying to make a living. Use your brain!!! Today I’m bothered by the smoke and ash from a fire in the nearby swamp. It’s just nature. We got a taxi to the local market today, and our driver was very helpful. Be careful where you shop. Prices can fluctuate greatly between stores. The locals prefer for you to exchange your money to the local currency. On a special note, the pool lifeguard, LISA, has found her calling. She is the most genuine, helpful, and pure soul. She is the epitome of a GOOD person who puts out the most positive energy. I’m so thankful to have met her. I will be back!

Yes Naila's is gone thank goodness. Yes there is a new restaurant on site Sir Laings and we ate there twice both times food was very good and quick service even right to our beach chair with coffee and breakfast one morning
There are more places to choose from in the Negril area.
