Overwhelming smell of mold when walking into the room. 20 year old furnishings. Broken soap dispenser hanging on shower wall. The receptionist and beach bartender were nice but they can’t make up for the disgusting conditions of the room.
We stayed here in Fall of 2016 and Easter 2017 and both time we had a great time. It's in the center of Ocho Rios hence walking distance from pretty much everything! Right next to the craft market where you can buy souvenirs. The waiters...More
So happy to be back here again and in one of my favourite rooms - felt like paradise! Happy to see Annemarie again (staff) she’s so polite and happy 😊 thank you Rooms, c u soon! Maxine & sister Jackie xx
Visited this hotel in Jamaica April 4_6. Reception area should be more friendly to guests,Management should have supervisor check the rooms for cleanliness. Bathroom was very dirty. Furniture should be dust and room clean upon guest arrival.Great location but very poor maintenance.
Stayed for the first time for a couple of nights. Pleasant and quiet hotel located on the beach. Friendly and pleasant staff. Nice outdoor pool. Decor needs to be updated. No lift facility. Shops, restaurants and banks within walking distance.

We found it was only a 40 minute walk and we booked online for 25% less than what they charged at Mystic Mountain. Was a much better deal. If you give yourself enough time you can see a few of the stands being set up along the route. We went early and they were just setting up. And we could stay as long as we wanted vs going with a group. Brought our vouchers with us and had no issues!!! Was a great time.
