The hotel is actually predominantly a time share. The reception staff are not helpful and each private owner is not based here. It took hours to check in as our "owner" Brian took our booking via booking.com and is not part of the staffing here....More

Been emailing this hotel months now and have yet to get a response to either of my two emails. Not professional. Guess this is a sign to stay at another establishment.

Probably you should.when it comes to vacation do extensive search and follow yours guts.Its not peak season here in Jamaica so there's no reasonwhy they would take so long.
