There is little or no service. For a "resort" there's no place to get meals, not even a morning cup of coffee. The room is equivalent to a three hour truck stop motel. Bathtub and toilet untidy, air condition control taped to the wall and has broken "on/off" switch and no way to regulate the temp.. No phone nor WiFi...

'Hot tub' was empty, no working wifi, tv barely worked, ceiling fan was hanging by the electrical wires and my husband and I found bugs in the bed! The staff was very rude. Will not be staying here again.

Kind was the watchman on duty when we arrived in the evening. The view from the balcony was a spectacular place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Visible were fisherman who travel on surfboard. Our favorite feature was that the management was kind enough to let us use the kitchen to cook up a fantastic Jamaican style meal! Now that's...

Staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean, and quite nice for the rate that we paid. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's out of the busy downtown, Montego Bay area, and the view of the Country from where it is, is awesome. The next time I visit Montego Bay, I will be staying here again!

The hotel is well out of the busy downtown, and the tourist filled hip strip. It's a good choice if you are looking to do some stuff in and around Montego Bay, but probably not a good choice if you want to eat at Margaritaville and hang out on the hip strip all the time. I didn't eat at the...

The hotel shows pictures of when it was in its hey day. However, the rooms smell of mold and dirty mop water. The a/c units do not work and some rooms have no television at all. The floors are dirty and one of the managers "Roy" is particularly agressive. One guest told me that the food was overpriced as he...
