I stayed here for 3 weeks and though I would not call it a horrible experience there were a few things that annoyed me a lot. Breakfast was poor but decent and though a few of the waiters/waitresses were very good others were plain rude. Service times were amazingly long. The worse thing for me was the rooms. The one...

Ok, so i wasn't paying. Last night i stayed in a hyatt regency in Trinidad at mad money. Slick, high end - soulless. The courtleigh is less than half the price but at a practical level just as good. The finish isn't as good as the hyatt, but for the business traveller it offers a more human and person face.

This is a clean, comfortable commercial hotel with good customer service. Everthing is a bit bland, but the hotel is clearly well managed and a good base for an overnight wait for a flight. The menu was international, but with good local daily specials.

We stayed here twice on a recent trip to Jamaica. On the first stay, our room felt dark and slightly tired, though the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well appointed and everything worked well. It was also very clean. On the second stay, our room had been recently refurbished and what a difference a coat of paint...

I've long held the theory that if a hotel is used by airline staff it must be pretty bland - aircrew don't want anything special, just a regular place with regular food. So I walked in to the restaurant for breakfast and there they all were! The same food was served every day: corned pork, sausage, scrambled egg. Lots of...

I always stay here and will return whenever I am back in Kingston. Nice staff and good food, only thing the taxes are really expensive. Paid US$20 for a burger and a bottle of water. They are cheaper food vendors near by if you're looking to spend less. I would recommend this place to others.

Was here for four days while working in Kingston. Good location and some of the staff were friendly. My room was a little dated and worn out. I noticed dirty tap and shower water for a bit the first evening. Lots of noise on the street outside the hotel at night. Didn't feel comfortable leaving the hotel during the evening...

My family and I stayed at the Courtleigh between April 4-7 2015 for a Birthday Party we had at Knutsford Court Hotel. While I was not too impressed with the Knutsford Court Hotel itself the service was good and the staff well trained and professional. The Courtleigh, however was spectacular. It was clean, well maintained, the service great, as for...

Spent a couple nights here on 2 separate occasions within a month and enjoyed it very much. Best part is Scotchies jerk chicken is a quick walk away. Staff were all helpful but you have to realize things are done on Jamaica time not Manhattan.. Surrounding neighborhood is all upper class and modern.

I spent a night at the Courtleigh Hotel, on February 25, 2015. This was my first visit to this hotel property. I hope to return again. At the outset, it is surprisingly difficult to find a suitable hotel located in Jamaica's capitol city. There are, by contrast, many superior hotels in the resort areas. Kingston, the capitol, offers few options....
