We stayed here on a good deal bought in United Kingdom. It is very relaxing with beautiful views of both Kingston and the Blue Mountains. We had a wonderful cottage with outdoor shower, veranda and gazebo with day bed. The gardens are beautifully kept and the staff are friendly. The spa treatments were good too. The only let down was...

It is also lovely to hear that you had a wonderful time and enjoyed Birdshill, the cottage where you stayed; and that you enjoyed our hospitality and the friendliness of our staff. We regret to hear that you...

My husband and I flew from Grand Cayman to Jamaica for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. Firstly, it's an easy 45 minute flight from Cayman, and after a windy drive through the mountains, with spectacular views, we were settled into Mountain View 1 Cottage...2 hours from Cayman airport to our final destination! We really enjoyed our large balcony,...

Infinity pool or unending tropical Mountain views. Only 11 villas, spaced apart w/ dignity = paradise. Nature Nestled, rooms have spacious verandas, high ceilings, white painted wainscoting, caned furniture: traditional- fresh/clean. Weather consistent, which is why Blue Mountain Coffee is so prized: early sun, late afternoon rain or sun mixed w/ down pour. Easy to schedule massage (real deep tissue...

We have been visiting Strawberry Hill on and off for years. We have had family stay (who absolutely love the location) in the villas and we have taken friends and family up to the restaurant for both lunch and dinner... The problem I have is that the quality of the food is never the same... its always pot luck... Two...

I visited Strawberry Hill with my husband for a spa day and lunch. The property is gorgeous and the air is crisp and cool. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the 2 spa treatments that I did although there was only 1 spa technician and so we could not have our treatments done simultaneously. The food was good but...

Had 3 nights here before we headed to Goldeneye and it was really nice to see the Mountains and a different side of Jamaica, having only done the beach previously. The flora and fauna at strawberry hill are incredible, the views are mind blowing, loved the slightly tired colonial style accommodation, it suits the property and history. At the time...

Strawberry Hill could be such a wonderful experience, but it is let down by the policies of management. Little gestures, which one expects from such a high class hotel with equally high prices, are lacking. A few examples: no bottled water after the first day, no daily change of sheets, floors were not mopped regularly, showers had lukewarm water. The...

Dear shs220, We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was not enjoyable, and regret that our efforts to make your stay comfortable were not successful.
