The rooms in the Premium section are quite nice and spacious. The kitchen area is in the outdoor patio and includes everything you need to make meals. What a great help this was for our wallets as we found the prices at the restaurants outside the hotel to be quite high. At one restaurant where we had lunch it cost...

The experience was that of a mass holiday camp. The worst aspect was the buffet dinner, typical camp steam-table fare with little relation to real French or Creole food. As check-in time and the closing of beach towel availability were both 4:00, towels weren't available for the first of our two days. The depth of the sea water inside the...

The Pierre & Vacances is not a good place to stay if what you're looking for is comfort and relaxation. The staff believes in "learn as you go". So for example, you will not know that there is no housekeeping until you come back to your room at the end of the day to realize that the beds were not...

The Sea is too shallow to go above your calf There is a beautiful huge pool though. The say they speak English but they do not. It is out in the middle of nowhere ten miles from the closest town which is St France's. You must have a car as the dinner buffet is not good costs $'30 euros Breakfast...

But local standard is not so high and customers services are limited so 'do it yourself' It means rent a car at the airport, have a...

Spent Christmas week with husband and two college age kids. Disappointed by cramped 2 bedroom usint. Food at Creole Restaurant left much to be desired, even at the buffet, selections were very wealk at high prices. Entertainment loud music; no performances. Beach is beautiful and pool was fine. Staff require support in customer service.

Friendly staff, well maintained and very pretty pool and beach. Food overpriced and not that tasty, except for excellent desserts. Fun entertainment/activities throughout the day. Room was clean and bed was a little hard but not bad.

First, this review is written by an American for Americans now that there are direct flights between New York and Guadeloupe. Also, maybe a 5 rating is a bit of grade inflation - I will note some issues - but we really did have a wonderful stay and we are definitely planning on staying here again. Finally, you need to...

We stayed one night before flying home and had asked for a late check in. We arrived at around 10 pm and where met with a big No to all our questions. No food , No drink, No water ... We came from Dominica and been traveling all day so we were hungry and thirsty but the reception couldn't even...

Paid for VIP premium.Very disappointed. Water strike made matters worse. Carrying water from the sea to flush the loo was an adventure we could have done without! Management agressive as were the reception staff. Buildings in a poor state in need of much refurbishment. Food was disappointing and even the Christmas meal was an expensive let down. The whole place...

“Ask to stay on the first or second floor if you want to avoid finding animals in your kitchen (which is outdoors). Ask for an appartment in the Bilimbi or Aouara sector (close to the reception and restaurants with view on the sea).”
