The service is exceptional! The room was spotless. Very modern and clean. Linens were comfortable. The breakfast buffet it's very European. Love the selection of local fruit and the prosciutto and cheeses every morning. They do a great job with the coffee. Trust me the buffet has much more than this . I am going to mention two servers by name even though they were all very good. Santo and Ruth always greeted me with a warm smile and were very professional and attentive. This was my second time in the hotel.. my next time in the DR I will certainly be back for my third. Highly recommended!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and still completely satisfied. Food in restaurant is great. Room is clean and adequate but the staff make the difference. Special shout out to Hector who helped me. I checked out and took a cab to the airport, realized I left my wallet in the cab, called hector for help getting the cab company info and he called the cab company and ended up getting my wallet dropped back off to me. There is a great little Italian restaurant a block away. Shopping near by etc etc

We loved to stay here as for a mix of vacation and work it’s great and relaxed. It has all facilities needed for us, not a beach holiday but still close to everything, very practical and convenient and very easy going service. Thank you.

I must say I was truly surprised with this one. I’ve always stayed in all inclusive hotels with many restaurants and bars, loud music and such. I have never received this type of service, everyone was super sweet and respectful. By far my favorite Ruth. She does her job with a smile on her face and makes you feel VIP. Truly recommend this place.

Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel for 2 weeks, so I think we have a pretty good idea of what the experience is like. Service is exceptional and people are very nice and attentive. The first week was good, the second week was outstanding. We had the privilege of becoming somewhat regulars and loyalty does pay off in this place. In the morning I was greeted by my name and they brought me a cappuccino without ordering one, sometimes on the house. My boyfriend had the same treatment with his fresh pineapple juice. Food is good, we tried most of the menu by this point. One of the days, one of the servers suggested that they can organize a romantic dinner for us by the pool and we quickly agreed. They moved one of the tables in the shallow part of the pool and had a few lights around it. Unusual was the first thought that came to mind when we saw it, but after experiencing the dinner, memorable replaced it! The service was impeccable and the chef had put a special menu together for the occasion. Everything was unparalleled, unsurpassed and it created a beautiful memory that we will both treasure for life. Let me paint a clearer picture, for anyone that needs it, our relationship is nowhere near at proposal stage, but we both thought and talked about it because of the picturesque experience AC Punta Cana created. One in a lifetime. We choose this hotel because All Inclusive doesn’t suit us as travelers. We like experiences and not repeated monotony and this hotel was the perfect for what we needed. Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in there so it wasn’t an important aspect for us to begin with. The hotel as a whole is very very clean, immaculate comes to mind. Our only issue was with the housekeepers for the rooms, often times they would forget to replace items, which wasn’t great, but it didn’t take away from our experience here. If you want to come to Punta Cana and you are not a fan of All Inclusive, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Also, if you are here, order the Passion Fruit juice.…

Amazing stay, beautiful rooms and the amenities are high standards but what really made the difference for us was how kind, friendly and professional the staff was. Vianca, Ruth, Santo, Jeremy and all the others went out of their way to always make us feel welcomed.
