Staying here was a great experience! Camillo and Kelly were extremes helpful in booking our excursions. Kelvin helped us find solutions to any questions we had. Luis had amazing drinks flowing always. The best pina coladas! Forking was also a great bartender. Had a few tricks up his sleeve. Jesus, Marubeni, and Abelardo kept us entertained the whole time with activities during the day and shows at night. Really made us feel at home and like family. Will definitely be returning.

The animators ( Maru, Avelardo and Jesus ) in this hotel are AMAZING. Soooo friendly, always positive with a big smile. Doing the best for you to enjoy. Every night different show. The hotel is ok the food is very delicious, it is very clean the staff is good. The only thing we didn’t like is that we ran out of hot water a few times.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. This was my first time to punta cana and I can not say enough good things about it. Big shout out to jesus ,abelardo, marubenni, and luis they are so funny. They felt like family and i felt like i made a genuine contention with them they truly are amazing amazing people. I will never forget them. the places is beautiful the service and food is amazing i love the experience .Every night we found our selfs saying every night “ this night is the best “ until the next night came it was even better . The food is truly the best I have ever tasted in my whole life. They had activities every day which kept the day busy. They had dance classes, yoga , volleyball , paining classes wine tastings which was probably my favorite . We booked a few excursions through the hotel and one of the days we were bummed we would miss out on the hotels activities ! The staff is constantly cleaning and soo helpful. This is defiantly a safe and comforting place to stay. Not once did we question safety…

The "resort", this must be a joke. The one restarant that is open are out of several items at each meal. The inernet was off and on the first few days and now has been OFF for 2 days and no one will say when it will come back on. The staff are nice , but no one seems to know what is going on at Radisson Blu. Music is very very loud all day and night, we have young children and they could not nap or sleep at night. The resort was built as a quiet family resort and it has no area set up for loud music that doesn"t disrupt the entire resort. If you want very loud music all day long and bad food this your place,

A little apprehensive before travelling, based solely on reviews I was reading about the resort. Well…..we had an amazing vacation. The resort was small and quaint. The grounds were immaculate. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which was clean and spacious. Our building was located central to the pool and the beach. The resort staff were amazing. Special shout out to Felix, Louis and Mariana, who went above and beyond to make our experience A+. We met some amazing families, with kids, my kids ages (17,15 and 11), which we all connected on such a great level. The food was great, never had an issue finding “something” to satisfy everyone’s taste. Even my picky 11 year old was happy with the food! The beach is on the Atlantic Ocean, so it’s not the beautiful turquoise blue Caribbean Sea, so if you are beach people and that matters, may not be the right choice. It was still beautiful, with white sand and lots of cabanas to relax. What it did lack was entertainment. There was daily entertainment, but not to the level of some other resorts travelled to in the past. Overall, our experience was excellent. We were sad to leave and could have easily spent a few additional days!!!…

Radisson Blu is the best hotel for a family vacation! Not only the place is safe, beautiful, and everything is close by, but the quality of the people working there is above all expectations! They are friendly, kind and always ready to help. I have to say that our experience at the kids club was the best ever thanks to Claribel who is the most loving, caring and fun person I ever met in a kids club! My kids are 1, 6 and 9 years old and they all had lots of fun with her! Between art crafts, dance, songs, games, the time just flies and her smile is the best welcome when we arrive there!
