The resort is a bit rundown due to the hurricane, but the location, the cleanliness, the food and most importantly the people make it like a home away from home. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bedding and space was perfect. The workers are attentive and, although the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, they were pleasant and patient and Google Translate was a life saver 😉 Albania at the front reception is incredible and the kitchen staff were superb!

We stayed at El Faro with a group of 9. We had a great time. Our butler Julio at the Privilege was great. He was helpful with all our needs. Whenever we needed something he was there for us. If you have an option on a butler I recommend asking for him.

Very nice clean facility. Rooms are always clean when returning and the food was great. Very good service. I enjoyed the Mexican restaurant and the availability of dreams next door. Really wish the outside hot tubs were heated though

Nice big comfy bed, clean toilet and warm shower, friendly staff, very good service all round, would recommend coming here when you visit punta cana. I stayed here for two weeks and was definitely worth the money.

The experience was most excellent and all aspects were amazing. I would reccomend staying here to anyone with reasonable expsctations based on cost. We recieved more than expected! We will be back for the nice service from Edenlinda, Alba, Shelove and Merlene!
