It was just me and my husband, so we took a taxi. Walk past all the people trying to sell you transportation or time shares. Once outside, you can get a cab. To the Reserve was $30 US. Cash only. Tell them Paradisus Palma Real. Once they get there, there are two lobbies. The main lobby and then the Reserve lobby. You want the latter if you booked the Reserve.

When you stay at The Reserve you are automatically assigned a Guest Service, which is already included in your stay. On the other hand a Family Concierge is not included, so it would mean an extra cost.
The main difference between these two is that the Family Concierge will provide you a more personalized and exclusive service depending on your needs and requests, and also includes various extra FC amenities.
