The preferred clubs at secrets royal beach. We stayed for eight days and enjoyed our visit staff very courteous. Our butler Ruddy booked our dinners and was on call when we needed him. Bartenders and waiters the waitresses always ready for whatever you needed.

Staff all delightful and exceptionally helpful All food excellent Must use Dreams resort next door’s facilities - it’s even more beautiful and different restaurant options Points for improvement Orange and apple juice from concentrate only - should be fresh at this standard of hotel Difficult to find a quiet spot during the day as Booming bass of normal pool can be fully heard at quiet pool and on beach Sun bed mattresses very thin at quiet pool, no mattresses on sun beds at big pool. No cushions on cabana beds - just a flat mattress Bigger cocktail menu needed at pool. Poolside service intermittent. Juan excellent and attentive when on shift but often nobody waitressing around pool and it’s quite far to the bar. Bedroom slightly shabby around the edges now - particularly the bathroom. But public areas spotless Spa excessively expensive. Even to use the indoor water area for a day is 40$. Massages 200$!! ***********Manager has staff going round in evenings making guests write positive trip advisor reviews on the spot. They take a photo of them as evidence ‘or the manager won’t be happy’. Very persuasive and difficult to decline. This was our only negative experience of the staff.***********…

The food & restaurant's were good, the shows were good, Joseph was funny and very helpful, Elizabeth was a excellent waitress, Amstar was terrible they lied about the trips that they booked. Everything was booked based on kickback not what we asked for. We asked for a dune buggy or UTV excursion to see the the country side, take pictures & see the natural beauty of country side. Instead they highly recommend a glorified go-cart track. Shopping experience was the same. Overall they hotel & staff were excellent & Amstar sucked.

We came to Secrets for our honeymoon and we had the best time. All staff were so kind and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us to make our trip a memorable one. Special thanks to the entertainment staff, J. Frozz and Juan, and the bar staff Jose and Carlos for everything they did for us while here.

Stayed here for 8 days with my fiancé for our anniversary. It’s beautiful and the food is great! I wouldn’t give it 5 stars because of some of the staff. They forgot a couple items when we ordered room service and some just don’t seem very happy. Our room also lost power for a couple hours too. But other than those little things it was a phenomenal vacation and I would stay here again. Joe Frazier told me to write this review.

Secrets Royal is WONDERFUL, we visit annually and will be visiting again in August, 2024. We always book the preferred option with the private pool. The food is great, the staff is great and we look forward to visiting every year. Thankyou to Marlon Jacobs, our Butler, Alexander and all of the wonderful staff at Secrets Royal Beach... We could not have asked for a more memorable experience. Our butler, Julio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. The food was excellent and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I feel certain we will find our way back to Secrets Royal Beach in the future.

This place is the best! But Mariela made it so amazing. Amazing pools, beautiful beach and excellent entertainment. We had a great mixture of fun, adventure, and relaxation. We could have chose more. But the best was Mariela are VIP concierge. We decided to upgrade and I’m so happy we did. She was right there to answer questions, help us with our room and make sure our stay was easy and comfortable! she went above and beyond. I loved how she’s so friendly and kind. I also generally love that you can tell the staff is one big happy family. The staff really seems like they like working hear and are treated well. Great facilities and I would feel safe coming back and staying with my family at the neighboring resort.

Great time and great service! Joe Frazier was a great host and the entertainment at the resort was awesome. The service and food was great. The only complain I have is the room cleaning. Room could’ve been cleaned better, fridge wasn’t restocked and the bare minimum was made on that aspect. Other than that, no complaints and having a great time.
