We stay at the questhous Las Piedras for 6 nights. Las piedras is a very nice place to stay. Nearby the beach, shops and restaurant. Lila is a good hostess and take good care for the breakfast and the dinner. We felt at home and safe. The area is fully equipped. If you are looking for a good place, clean,...

Lila and the kids were great and helpful! A nice place with nothing to complain about due to the low price per night you pay. We arrived New Years eve and we had supper with the rest of the family and some other couples staying at the guest house and it was a great night! The beaches are a 10...

This is a lovely guesthouse where you become part of the family. Lila, Florian, and family are wonderful, welcoming, and accommodating. Lila cooks up some awesome meals, and we were fortunate enough to share Christmas eve dinner with her family. As seen in the pictures, the place has an old European castle vibe, cleverly hidden in an otherwise bustling area...

Just to preface - I stayed here without really doing any homework about location. The location that was charted on google maps is incorrect and the guesthouse is quite far from the beach / restaurants. That being said, it may be a decent low cost alternative to the extremely high priced resorts. Pros: 1. The owner is friendly and will...

I booked this guesthouse because of the good reviews on the service. Unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. The staff answered our questions when we needed, gave us the information we needed to get places etc, but they didn't put much extra effort in making us feel welcome. The location is good, close to public transportation, local restaurants, ATMs, shops...

We had the pleasure of staying here for 6 nights. Lila and Florian made our stay wonderful. The guesthouse itself is really awesome. It is made of stone and combines aspect of German and local architecture in a castle like appearance. There is amazing attention to detail. Even the doors are finished to look like the doors of an old...

Lili and her husband are great owners, very hospitable and nice. They take care of the place and its garden that protects the visitors from the heat of Bavaro. For extra price, the owner cooks delicious meals. Everything is clean and it feels safe. There was only cold water and water pressure was low but it wasn't a problem for...

In a all-inclusive resort town, this is an absolute gem. That is, if you don't want to live in the bubble provided by all the resorts. Tucked away in a small street just off a main road in Friusa it is pretty hard to find since there are no signs at all and all the taxi drivers only know the...

I had such a wonderful experience while at Las Piedras. Florian, his wife Lila, and their lovely family were the absolute highlight of my trip! I was treated like a member of the family which was a lovely feeling as I was traveling alone. From late night conversations in the kitchen filled with laughter to coloring with the owner's youngest...
