Traveling with 11 other golfers we found the resort to be just what we wanted. The golf is superb and varied enough that 7 days of playing didn't wear out the experience. We had outstanding caddies (we kept them all week) and found them to be an invaluable part of the experience. We tried nearly every restaurant on property and...

This place is advertised and billed as 5 star, 4 diamond, etc. It is NOT. I rented a villa. Disaster. 7 out of my party of 11 of my party got sick with parasites from the food served by restaurants recommended by the hotel, 2 of the 7 wound up in the hospital. The employees are very kind but not...

This is an AMAZING place. My husband, myself (2*), his siblings (30 & 22) and his parents (60) all came here for the week after Christmas.. We had a great time! The beach is beautiful, the weather was absolutely perfect. We rented a house (definitely recommend) and had 2 maids, who cooked us breakfast and smoothies throughout the day. They...

It is spread out over square miles, huge in size, but the different elements of the resort are quaint and classic. Don't expect a Four Seasons over the top service experience, but it has perfect Caribbean charm and the staff is truly wonderful. We stayed in the all inclusive plan and can honestly say the food and drink was excellent...

I just spent one of the most miserable weeks “vacationing” at Casa de Campo in Dominican Republic. Buyers beware…these are true experiences and by recounting these occurrences, hopefully others can avoid wasting precious time off and lots of money on a suboptimal destination. My family and I decided to upgrade and use the Villa Owners Club as opposed to staying...

This Hotel is situated within some exceptional glolfcourts like "teeth of the dog". You get an own golf-cart with your roomkeys. Very clean surroundings, spectacular views. The little beautiful village "Altos de chavon" can be reached with your own golf-cart in a nice 30 minutes ride.

If you are accustomed to staying at 5 star hotels and getting 5 star service this is not the place for you. The grounds are enormous. The hotel rooms itself are fine. They are not amazing but fine. The beds are comfortable and the pillows as well. the shower pressure is not great but it is hot. To get to...

The grounds and facilitities are fabulous. Lots to do for a family including donkey polo, horseback riding, water sports at a beautiful beach, tennis, golf, and terrific swimming pools. The property is massive, and everyday our family found new places to explore on our golf carts assigned to each room. Our favorites were an old little village on property with...

Welcome to the most exclusive resort destination in the Caribbean - Casa de Campo - a stunning 7,000-acre hotel, resort, and residential community in La Romana on the southeastern coast of the Dominican Republic. Our tropical playground features a unique array of amenities, including a private beach, expansive marina, tennis and polo facilities, and three championship golf courses - including Pete Dye's masterpiece, Teeth of the Dog, number 1 in Caribbean and 52 in the world. And, if all this still isn't enough, Casa de Campo contains a full-size replica of a 16th-century Mediterranean village and amphitheater, filled with art, history, and cute little European-style cafes. More than 20 restaurants and 15 bars and lounges at Casa de Campo offer a dizzying number of ways to unwind or enjoy meals. Feel like a kid again, driving your golf cart to move within the resort. You will have much more fun than anywhere else! But more than anything, Casa de Campo is a state of mind and a way of life rather than just a mark on the map. For new guests, we welcome you to experience our warm hospitality. And for those who have already experienced our incredible resort, we can't wait to welcome you back. Daily cleaning service, included in your room rate. Complimentary 4-passenger golf cart. Separate bathroom with glass-enclosed shower. Even a relaxing bathtub and private lavatory.
