The All Inclusive Hotel is open all year round, is located in the right on the natural Bahía Maimón beach and next to the PlayaBachata Resort. The resort features a Caribbean Street with several shops, Wellness Centre and gym. The location is ideal due to its proximity to Puerto Plata (9 km) and Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP) is approx. 25 km away. The hotel has 610 comfortably furnished rooms and offers many amenities. Relax with a massage at our Renova Spa or get in shape at our gym. 2 outdoor pools, 1 children’s pool. For the youngest guests there is the Kids Club (for children from 4 to 7 years & 8 to 12 years old) and for adults, day and evening entertainment as well as Club and the El Millón Casino. For lovers of gastronomy, we offer live cooking stations at our main buffet as well as Italian and Steakhouse or Caribbean cuisine, 4 bars situated in various areas of the hotel.

We went in April after no travel since covid. Rough start with Sunwing plane cancelled and reschelded a few times. Finally got there a day late.. Not great weather but staff was amazing as usual. Found the buffet to be great. Not sure why people complain. Yes getting a la cartes is not fun. They need to change that. Room was great. Cant say enough good thinks PLeasure meeting you Alejandro Costillo..Hope to be back really soon. Yes no wifi but we went next door. Not fun but after almost 3 yrs small price to pay.

After upgrading to Senator from Playabachata we expected way more. The room we moved was well below standard. The tap fell off in hand without even twisting it. It had air conditioning that sounded like it was 100 years old. They came to fix it at 8pm when our 2 year old daughter was asleep and made it worse. So bad we had to move rooms at 9:30pm, waking our daughter up. When we complained, guest services seemed to think it wasn't an issue. Food in the buffet definitely no better than Playabachata, less choice actually. The Steak House however was very good. Pools were good but lacked shade. Overall very disappointing and will not return.

We went with friends and stayed in swim up rooms 3 couples food was great drinks good and beach entertainment Was fun. Will be back in August😎 Two couples love the buffet, better the other ones we have been too. The staff incredible. We love watching the cruise ships. And down the road is a little gift shop.

I would love someone to contact me regarding a refund that was to be processed over 6 weeks ago. I have been in contact with a representative, but they will no longer respond to my emails. I was over charged for the stay and promised a prompt refund.

We went April24 to May6 and had booked in 2020 so we’re very excited to be able to go in 2022, We were put in building 4 even though many times I requested building 8, second day we moved to 8, food ok first week, very busy, pool entertainment good, shows ok, not 5 star food the other resort we had access to was gross, second week after the locals were there all weekend and you could not even get in to eat at Buffett since it was crazy busy, then people left so it was slow but I thought that would be a good thing, NO half capacity means only one restaurant open a night , Buffett crap , we went for 12 days never again and if you go toilets don’t flush and bring your own towels , loved the sunshine and pools

In reference to the location of your room, as in most all-inclusive hotels in the country, this request is subject to availability and we try our best to please our guests. It is possible that if a guest was already staying in the location of their choice before their arrival, the reception department did everything possible to relocate you as soon as the room was available. . We would love to be able to accommodate all of our guests who request room locations but this is not always possible.
