I stayed here in march 2017 for 2 weeks by myself. The hotel has seen it´s better days and could use a facelift but as far as I know the have built new houses with apartments and so let´s hope there getting to the bungalows next. I stayed in a bungalow and it was fine, when you pay for a...

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the beginning of March. Originally we were a little scared due to some bad reviews but took a chance. We arrived late night and the check in process was quick and our room was fine. We had just a standard room which was equipped with a safe and a fantastic air conditioner. Yes...

Food was great, staff was great BUT the lobby staff/check in were very unhelpful. We had experience unsatisfactory customer service. Our A/C went out two days prior to leaving and when hotel staff went to check our room either that night or the next day we had a bag missing we did not notice right away and upon arriving home...

I and my wife were there on March 6th. This resort looks nice on Internet pictures, but the reality is other, the room they gave us was in very bad conditions, twins beds very old and falling apart, very old and ugly flooring, part of the ceiling falling apart, very old windows with water damage and swimming pool mud. Also...

I was there Mar 1-7. Fully disappointed. Rooms are horrible - shabby rooms, broken tiles in bathroom, dirty windows frames, etc. 10 min walk to the beach - nobody says that when you buy a trip. Food is mediocre, stray cats are running around the tables, birds are flying around canteen room. Beware of the guest manager in the hotel...
