This eco lodge in Tubagua is amazing. The place is beautiful, it surrounds the valley with the sea in the back. It is calm and peaceful, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature. The rooms are charming with a beautiful view. Tim, the owner, used to have a restaurant before opening the lodge. So you can imagine how...

After a bit of a confusing start to our 3 night stay here we ended up loving the time we had. Our hike with Juanin was definitely the highlight of our stay and the food was amazing (although pricey and there are no other options around). Breakfast was included and was delicious and different every day. Tanya went out of...

My friend and I stayed here for one night and truly loved the experience! You do need to get a taxi from town to take you up to the mountain (gorgeous views on the way!) and Tim, the owner, was really helpful to us in directing the driver so as to avoid getting lost. The views from the property strike...

This was one of my favorite places to stay in during my friend's and my trip to the DR. The property will make you feel like you're part of the Swiss Family Robinson -- all structures are built very naturally into the land. From the main hangout area, you can see for miles out over the forest, all the way...

I did not stay here, but had an excellent day trip with Juanin as guide, and a delicious lunch. It is a beautiful relaxing place with a lovely view. Tim arranged everything including a very early pickup at my hotel. Juanin was an excellent guide and was eager to show me his favorite bird, the Tody which truly was muy...

The place is beautiful and clean. The view is great. Tania was nice and helpful. But if you're looking for an affordable option, then it might not be the right choice for you. My boyfriend and I found it more than overpriced and were super disappointed because we felt there was a lack of transparency on prices. It's in the...

The views were amazing. How the village is built is pretty nice. Never been to a place like this before. It's something me and some friends had to get used to. I felt we were treated unfairly at times by Tania. Did not care too much for the attitude changes. Otherwise every single staff member was amazing. Accommodating and kind....

We went here to have lunch. It's a beautiful escape, so different from the touristic coastline. We made a beautiful tour to some blue lagoons and waterfalls with such a lovely guide. We picked avocado's and pasion fruits and had a beer and a very good pasta lunch afterwards. The views are truly amazing here even from the toilet!
