One night stay at start of birding trip, convenient spot close to botanical gardens. Helpful front desk staff but very slow. Clean room, all required facilities. VERY expensive rooftop bar. Nice variety at breakfast time

No running Hot water. The chairs in the room were soiled and stained. Telephone out of service. Towels had holes in them. No extra toilet paper. We requested a room change and it wasn’t much better. Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel offered all the comforts I needed, even though I only spent one night, I really felt better than at home. Its highly trained staff treated me like a king and honestly I would not change it, the Ramada hotel is definitely an excellent place to rest in the center of the city of Santo Domingo, the price versus quality is more than excellent, this hotel has 3 stars and its a great place to stay of you want to know the city of Santo Domingo and its sideskirts.

Cool hotel Nice louange and pool if you don't want to go out you can have fun all day inside the hotel. The ladies at the reception desk are soo great and cool... This is the worst experience I ever been before. The front desk give me the handicap room 307 on 24/12 for me without any notice and asking for my permission. This is the poor experience for me and my wife spending the x'mas in your hotel. The room was not the same as the photo I booked. The bath room is so big and without door for bathing. The room is so noise at night and I waked up at 2 am! How can your staff treat the customer like that! I felt treated by the male staff in the front desk.

Very convenient location to stay as it is near the myeongdong exit. Easy to located to Exit 3 & 2 by crossing traffic light if you booked any tour packages as these are the common meeting location. Myeongdong street food and shopping are just right behind the hotel.

I just what to write about the agent that checked me in because she provided the absolute worst service that I have ever received period. It was so bad that i need to take the time to write about her. i checked into my room and i noticed that my television was very small and I had no internet service at all then I returned to the front desk to inform her these issues, but she said that I could not go into another room, but I saw on my floor 2 other rooms unavailable with the doors wide open that had larger tvs and then I asked to speak to a manaage and say there are no managers and did not attemp to find anyone. I took the lost and stayed for the 2 days that I had made reservations for at Ramada Princess Santo Domingo and then I stayed at the Barcelo Hotel for 6 more days. I really would love to tell you how awesome Barcelo Hotel is. The only good thing that I can say about Ramada Princess is that I only made reservation for 2 nights instead or 8 nights. …

This is a good facility for the price. Located on a main avenue, this place has a casino and night club on site. Staff for the most part is very friendly. I had an issue with my safe which was never resolved even after two trips to the reservation desk. Staff could use a little more customer service training. Money exchange on site is a lot less than the banks or ATM’s. Enjoyed my stay there. Would definitely recommend this location.
