It is always a little difficult to choose an accommodation in a place that you don't know, and this was the case with this Hotel. Looking at the map it seemed ideal, so close to the old colonial town Santo Domingo, so good-looking and so low-priced. Only when you land in reality things begin to take the outline of the...

Will be back! The room was spacious, nicely decorated, had private bathroom, small kitchen area and free wifi! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little cleaner, their were questionable stains on the couch but we just stayed off it lol. Way better then the place I stayed at before on El Conde St. ~200...

This hotel was a great deal in Santo Domingo. Start off with the WiFi working great, then you are allotted a suite with queen bed, living area, kitchen, and private bathroom (hot shower water). Located within walking distance (15 mins) to the hottest spot in Santo Domingo, Zona Colonial, where you can enjoy, cafes, restaurants, and happy hours daily at...

Nothing. Well, okay, it is across the bridge from the Colonial Zone, and if you are a hardy walker, it is probably easy. But I am older and walk with a cane because of multiple sclerosis, and so for me, the location presents a problem. You will have to take a taxi to and from, in most cases, but taxis...

We reserved a beautiful and expensive room through the internet and the room we got when we arrived was very dirty and not pretty at all. And we had to pay the same price for this room as for the beautiful one we reserved through internet. We tried to change the room, but the service staff told us that no...

This hotel apartment is one of the citi's good deals for your stay. There is nothing fancy or Authentic. Apartments are furnished with IKEA, basic but complimentary. There is a nice balcony facing the river and the colonial buildings, where free breakfast is served in here. There is also a small laptop in the lobby for use if you may...

This place is nice, clean, conveniently close to basically everything, within 15 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful areas, very well priced for the services they provide (not one of those "you get what you pay for" kind of place), free hot breakfast everyday-not great variety but enough for a good morning start. Exactly as you see it...

Beautiful and homey! Everything from check-in to check-out was great. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped with free wifi! The staff is very nice and helpful. In my opinion, this is the best hotel to stay in Santo Domingo! You can find the colonial area, shops and restaurants just 5 minutes walk. I would definitely go to...

Good things: Close to old Colonial city (10 min walk), just across the river. Apartment was clean, confortable, beter than I expected. Everithing except bed linnen and breakfast was very good. Negative: Bed linen was gray and wrinkly, so I thought that they forgot to change it. There were no pillow cases at all. I asked receptionist to bring me...

“Only the rooms on the front have a perfect balcony and view of the marina. The others don't really have balcony or good view.”

“The studio is all I know, and it is roomy, airy and clean. Cannot hear much noise from the streets, and we are on the 4th floor.”

“Let them know the purpose of your trip at least a week in advance, and your reasonable wants and needs will be met as much as possible. Just remember this is no 5-star all-inclusive resort, but it's well worth the money (perfect for traveling on a budget). If you arrive during the day, you will have extra time to check things up and ask them to make proper arrangements (they will do it). Go the extra mile (buck) when tipping the staff: It's not too much, and they appreciate it more than you think.”
