I loved her place. Very clean. Safes in the room, very helpful and informative. She has a book with lots of cool things to do near by and she can help you change the money at a good rate. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Casa Deysi for five nights in March 2017! Our original booking was double booked and so by accident someone who knew Deysi suggested we try and see if there was availability! Luckily a few hours later we found ourselves a beautiful room with an en suite at Casa Deysi. The house and our room were spotless!! We had...

Deysi's casa is centrally located in a safe local neighborhood just off the Malecon and walking distance to old Habana. The rooms are spotless, each one slightly different - all with a/c and bathrooms. Deysi's service goes above and beyond - breakfast is served in shifts by her and her son according to guest preference. But her bubbly personality (reminds...

I agree whole heartedly with all the previous reviews ! Deysi and Clemente are fantastic hosts . The place is spotless and extremely comfortable . Our First visit to Cuba for our family of 6 was very special, thanks to Casa Deysi and the wonderful hospitality provided by Deysi and her family!. Our tour provider Ramze Suliman arranged our accommodations, and he could not have selected a more comfortable, clean, and well located base for our explorations. All 3 rooms had comfortable beds, air conditioning,...

Daysi runs this, clean, stylish home stay with unusual efficiency. In fact the only downside is you forget you're in Cuba! Highly recommended! Great location - in Havana Vieja, 5 mins walk from Malecon and sites of interest. You'd pay just the same for far lower standard at most places.

We stayed at Deysi's house for a couple of nights - these were the first and then at the end of our trip, the last nights in Cuba. And it was the best! :) Super clean bathroom and room with small details which you appreciate. Very good breakfast and the best coffee in Cuba! :) But most of all Deysi...

My friends and I did not stay here. Instead we happened to meet Deysi in a bit of a sticky situation. Our group of five was unable to exchange money we had brought with us from the Cayman Islands (our previous stop) and we're severely short on money with days remaining on our visit. We met a few of her...

“The casa has six rooms with 1 or 2 occupied year-round. The downstairs corner room is the most conveniently located, but can get a little noisy in the mornings. The upstairs rooms are all more quiet, and my personal favorite is the upstairs corner bedroom which overlooks the living room.”

“If arriving in Havana, book a hotel for just one night, or even at the airport arrivals, and then scout out the casa particulares the next day. Don't pre pay for many nights, site unseen, as you may end up disappointed. Many options abound in Havana even at the last minute, and during peak season.”
