This small boutique hotel is a jewel. The rooms are spacious, well appointed with unique antique furniture, very nice size bathrooms with a large shower, and amply stocked with fluffy, white towels. The rooms are immaculate. A full breakfast was supplied, cooked to order. The hotel was in a quiet, residential area but still within walking distance of excellent local restaurants. And a quick trip to old Havana. All good. But the best feature of this hotel is the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helped to organize local trips and provided the best tips for two newcomers to Havana. Excellent!!

I stayed at this hotel for a little over a week, and every day was better than the next. The hotel staff was very hospitable and anything I needed they assisted me to the best of their abilities and went above and beyond; service was spectacular and my preferences on certain things were remembered. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained and pristine in the heart of a safe neighborhood where I did a lot of walking to different places. I ate there almost every day and food and drinks are 10/10. If you were looking for a sign this is it ! Do not miss out. I will definitely be back sooner than I thought.

I just returned to the U.S. from staying at La Alameda Boutique Hotel for 10 days. This place is brand new and my stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, the food is great and most of all the staff is highly helpful and totally nice. Fernando at the front desk went beyond his duties to help me with anything I needed. From taxi's to info about Havana and he even set up a 7 day excursion to the tobacco region and Trinidad for me. The doormen and the Chef's were totally genuine and accommodating. The room housekeeping was on time and perfect. I give this hotel an A+ and 100% for my stay.

The people at this hotel were so accommodating. Fernando, the concierge, was particularly helpful. His wife is one of the hotel's chefs, and she cooked (just for us ) a typical Cuban dish that was delicious. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. One of th employees, with a beautiful voice, who was a night guard, came back after he'd completed his hours there to serenade us at dinner with a special request. The room was spacious for the three of us. We highly recommend this B&B..

Our stay at La Alameda Boutique Hotel was exceptional, with every detail meticulously attended to. Fernando, DD, and Adrian at the front desk made us feel immediately at home, while Rafael's skillful bartending, Liz’s exquisite dishes, and Dulce’s attentive service added to the warmth of our visit. The security team and all the staff contributed to an atmosphere of genuine care and comfort. Everyone went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere, making our visit truly special.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Its Old World charm is mixed with modern updates make for an exquisite and unique experience. From breakfast on the beautiful, fairy-garden patio to cocktail hour at the rooftop bar, this hotel offers nothing but charm. The beds are luxurious, the housekeeping is 5-star and the employees have to be the best in all of Havana. Our favorite part of the trip was sitting on the wide and comfortable front porch taking in the evening sky and visiting with the people that make this hotel as wonderful as it is. We arrived as guests and left as friends. So much more than we expected! Do yourself a favor and look no further for outstanding accommodations in Havana.

I can't say enough good things about La Alameda. It's a beautifully restored building with comfy beds, delicious food, a lovely rooftop bar and a patio dining area. It's conveniently located within walking distance of many interesting sites and a short cab ride to Old Havana. All of that alone is enough for me to recommend staying there, but the icing on the cake is the unparalleled customer service. Everyone there goes above and beyond to ensure that you have an excellent experience. If your travels take you to Havana, don't hesitate to book your stay at La Alameda!

The small hotel was wonderful. It was in a very safe location, close to the historic city center. It was clean, the food was good and the staff was so helpful, kind, generous and accommodating. Fernando was exceptional. His wife is the chef and they both worked hard to give us a typical Cuban cuisine on the last night of our stay. I definitely would stay there again.

Simply outstanding facility and service! La Alameda is a beautifully restored mansion in the heart of Havana, and it is the staff that lifts the experience of any traveler. There was always a smile and a welcoming hand when I returned from my explorations. There was an answer to any question I had and help for any issue. We stayed at La Alameda for four nights in February 2024 and had a superior experience! The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast service was amazing (and more than we could possibly eat!), and the staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful. La Alameda is an easy walk to the Malecon and other interesting sites, and a quick cab ride to Old Havana. I highly recommend staying at La Alameda!!!
