Trip Advisor will not permit posts that contain phone numbers for hotels being reviewed. I found that out when I tried to answer a similar question months ago. All I can tell you is that the Lonely Planet Guide for Cuba contains the phone number for "Greenhouse" (called Eugenio and Fabio in Trip Advisor). That's how I got the phone number. They do not have a web site and you have to call them. Someone always answers.
