This is a excellent place to stay while in Havana. Ariel and Claudia are kind people and superb hosts. They provide spacious, clean rooms and the view from the FOCSA-building wich is the tallest building in Cuba is truly stunning.

When we got to the place we couldn't believe it was such a good deal. The views are amazing, the place is clean, spatious and well furnished, and the owner Claudia and Ariel are very friendly. We enjoyed mostly Claudia's company and help and she was very nice and helpful with everything. To be lodged at the Focsa Building is a very interesting experience as well, so make sure not to miss it. No meals are provided but their are all kind of possibilities around that area.

Ariel and Claudia were great hosts, they when above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They responded to every request that I had, I would encourage my friends stay at that casa . It is a very clean place and it is close to some very good restaurants as well.

Great place to stay this is one of the best apartments that I stay at Havana , tos place is awesome , I had the most beautiful view in the morning. Ariel and Claudia were the best. They indicated the best places to eat or go dancing, the apartment is super clean, I'll be back soon

Fue una experiencia fantástica gracias a la posibilidad de haber tenido suerte de poder estar en un barrio tranquilo y cerca de todo! Sobre todo poder respirar aria limpia gracias a estar muy cerca de el mar y poder despertarse con el splendido panorama que te regala la emoción que un turista tendría que vivir! Lo más bonito fue tener una máxima disponibilidad y atención de los proprietario osea una pareja joven de personas demasiado educadas y con el objectivo de decarte pasar al top tu vacaciones! Lo que más me gustó es que tienen la posibilidad de poder traerte y recojerte con un carro en cual quier lado de la ciudad y siempre con una sonrisa! Seguramente voy a volver !
