We stayed here as part of a group tour. Hotel is located a distance from Havana old town. Quiet locale, nothing much around the hotel. Hotel lobby is bland but the rooms are big and very clean. I like the bed very much, mattress is very comfortable. I also like that there are 2 luggage racks, 1 in front of each bed to place our luggage. All other hotels we stayed in has only 1 moveable rack.

The hotel is very good, well maintained, but a fair distance from the preferred area of la Habana Vieja, where nearly all interesting sites of interest are within walking distance of each other, along with choice of many hotels within easy walk. So taxis are needed to reach the Old City and also to Vedado, a bit closer to Miramar, where the Valentin is located. And while at the hotels of the Old City and Vedado, taxis are always "out front." Finding taxis from Valentin can be more challenging. Nothing special about the hotel restaurant , best to dine at paladars (private/family owned) all over the city, again best in Vedado and in la Habana Vieja.

The staff at the front desk was very professional and polite. Karina from the front desk was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. The bellman Euseibo very helpful and was able to reccomend shopping locations and places to visit. The hotel property was very well kept. On our next trip to Havana we will be back to the Four Points by Sheraton in Havana

I got there at 9.30pm the first night and they said no food was available as the restaurant was closed and under construction.
Then new years day my room was not clean by 7pm. I went downstairs and they said they would send someone up, they only sent someone up at 9.30pm to clean my room.
There was no food new years day at all the restaurant was closed.
The day i checked out my flight was at 10pm and check out was at 12pm, they told me i had to wait outside the hotel.
Overall the service was horrible i will not be returning, no customer service, this is not a 5 star hotel at all..

Just terrible experience. Switched rooms three times each room smelled worse than the other. TERRIBLE!!!!!! Food HORRIBLE!!!!Havana in general is very disappointing. After the first two days of historical site there’s not much else to do. So many other countries I could’ve visited.

Dear Athan k On behalf of my team and myself received our deepest apologize for the experiences with odors/smell in our rooms. As we were doing some a/c works this could affect the ambience and caused it. Again Athan K I am very sorry hear about your experience with us. In the other hand it sad Havana not meet your travel expectation, Havana has some interesting spot including ‘east beach area’ that sometime invite you to come back for more. Depends on the season and of course your interest. For example there some international festival such as Jazz, Cigars, Cinema, and one of the Time's recommendation place to visit, FAC unfortunately closed a month every quarter during the year. I am really sorry about this and do hope that you may give us an another opportunity to our hotel and our city or to Cuba. Of course I appreciate that you may want to choose another hotel/country but if you can give us another try I would be happy to help you to create itinerary to help you to create stories to share about us.

The hotel is just okay and a little out of the way. However, Mario at the Cigar Bar made our stay interesting. The red decor was beautiful but Mario's hospitality and attention made us feel like royalty. Thank you Mario! The hotel also had some very beautiful paintings on its lower level of Black women that I really appreciated.

This hotel has great ambience and very cozy beds. The service is also awesome and they make sure you leave satisfied 😌. I dont speak Spanish but they still managed to fulfill my requests. Mr. Ramón was very keen to help whenever I needed anything.

I did not get a chance until today to write here for personal reasons. But really, I have nothing left to byt being thankfull to all the associates of this Hotel, especially Mr. Eusebio the porter, Mrs. Massiel Feliú, sales manager, who are always willing to help no matter the day or time. I’ve been staying in Havana in multiple times and in this occasion I decided to give it a try to this city hotel. I must admit that my stay was much better than expected, hotel was very clean, spacious, they also offer additional services like a nice gym. Personal was very friendly and helpful, specially their manager Jose Ramon who kindly took care of us. Hotel location is in a good residential neighborhood, very safe.

I spent one week in the hotel. The hotel is very good, the pools are nice. I want to say Thank you for the receptionist Yordan, who helped me to calls taxi or show me on the map what need to look if i am in Cuba. Everyybody was nive, kind and smile.
