A group of five, we had adjoining room and suite - everything was super clean and cozy. Breakfast on site was included and cooked to order. Should I ever find myself in Bonaire again, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Viktor went above and beyond to make sure we fully enjoyed his island. A very quiet environment!

It is a small hotel, less than a dozen rooms, I believe. The staff keeps it clean and "new". It is close to the airport (only 5-10 min by car), but there is no noise from the airport, so very convenient but quiet. The hotel is not "on the strip", and that, I think is a plus. In 5 min...

my wife and I stayed at many places in Europe and the Caribbean. This is undoubtedly one of the sweetest hotel. This boutique hotel is cozy, clean, open, refreshing and the people working there enjoy helping out their guests. They will help you f.e. with a cost worthy car rental, a trip or nice restaurant without receiving any fee because...

We have stayed at the Sonrisa multiple times before, probably 6 or 7 times. We missed last year as we waited too late and no rooms were available for our travel dates, so we made reservations early this time. The last several trips we had stayed two weeks but were trying three weeks this time, so we opted for the...

The friendliness of the hotel manager was so welcome. Breakfast (included) was terrific. They have an omelette to die for. The location is close to the airport and fairly close to restaurants downtown. The Island is fairly easy to get around on and the people were, all-in-all, very friendly and enjoyable to be around. We would return in a heartbeat.

I made a reservation for this hotel 3 months ago for a trip my family is taking next week. Today I get an email from them stating that due to a computer error they accidentally overbooked the hotel and had to cancel my reservation. They said they were sorry. They made no attempt to find other accommodations for us, or...

I booked this Boutique Hotel for a 10 day holiday with my wife. We were given an upgrade to an apartment at no extra cost. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, cooking facilities, refrigerator, 2 large comfortable settees, TV (which we didnt use) and a balcony. Victor - the manager - couldn`t have been more friendly and...

We stayed 3 nights at Sonrisa. I would not call Sonrisa a hotel I would say this looks like a hostel. Viktor gave us a spacious room on the first floor with balcony and view to the pool. There is a big living room and kitchen with appliances. As long as our staying was short we did not cook there....
