Detailed Reviews
we found ourselves having to stay somewhere for 14 days due to covid regulations of our normal trip to Florida
with the US still not allowing access directly from The UK,
Never been to Bermuda before, It was the perfect choice.
as a hopping off point, as able to fly direct from london. I chose the Rosemont purely by chance, wanted to stay in Hamilton, Somewhere reasonably priced , with a pool, and minutes walk to Front street and the ocean, The Rosemont suites, was the ideal choice, all the rooms have a mini kitchen, with Fridge/Freezer microwave, cooker, sink, and a variety of dishes glasses, cups, cutlery, pans, etc, all in good condition . A daily maid service as you would expect in a hotel, with very friendly ladies, giving you fresh towels every day, seperate pool towels are available next to the pool. Everything is expensive in Bermuda, food shopping or eating out, around double what you would pay in the UK.
the Bed was superb in comfort, Everywhere was extremely clean, we stayed in the panorama suite on top third floor
which gave unbelievable views of the Harbour,
our first night was spent in a smaller ground floor poolside room, which was equally as comfortable . The owner Neil
who was very available, upgraded us to the bigger room, As we were staying for full two weeks, i think most visitors spend around a week to 10 days. We would definitely go back to the Rosemont, if we went back to Bermuda,
The breakfast that’s is offered is very Basic , but as you have your own kitchen with a coffee machine, and free pouches of coffee filters & tea available. it’s not a problem.

The Rosemont is lovely, quiet, well maintained, and conveniently located. The friendliness and professionalism of the hosts and all of the staff made this trip a restful and memorable one in spite of Covid related restrictions imposed on travelers to and from the island.
When our return flight was delayed by five hours, the owner generously offered to let us stay all day rather than check out at the usual time and wait at the airport.
The Rosemont is truly a five star establishment!

This is a wonderful, accommodating, friendly and relaxing place to stay. It's always my go to in Bermuda. Staff are friendly, personable and very helpful. The location offers spectacular views of the island.

We had a fantastic stay at the Rosemont.
The Panorama Suite was ideal and comfortable for our family of 5.
Rooms are clean and regularly serviced.
The pastries and yoghurt for breakfast were a nice touch.
We all enjoyed the pool.
Rosemont is ideally located just a short walk from Hamilton with easy access to the buses, the ferry, shops and restaurants.
The staff are friendly and very helpful, nothing too much trouble.
Great value for money and would definitely recommend staying at the Rosemont.

It's a great place to stay in Bermuda. Neal and his team are excellent. The facilities are very good; the location is brilliant, and there is easy access to Hamilton and all restaurants. We stayed six nights and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Prices are very competitive to Bermuda standards.

Talk about old and tired. I do not think the rooms have been upgraded in at least 30 years. Room smelled of mold. It’s a shame, they could easily triple their rates if they brought the place up to date. Never again will I stay there

As a frequent business traveler I would not recommend this hotel to anyone accustom to staying at business calibre North American hotels.
This hotel is on par with "older" Best Western hotels in NA. The Rosemont is fine for vacationing families looking to save on accomodations.
But this is definitely NOT a business calibre hotel. I was booked at the Rosemont for a week and had to check-out after 1 night due to the unacceptable conditions.

Stayed at the Rosemont for 2 months in a suite on the third floor. The view was great but that was all that was nice at this hotel. The rooom was dirty, the walls thin and the door locks were substandard. I used the jacuzzi tub, and had the local guard (that is a sleep at night) bang on the bathroom window and ask when I am going to finish because it was noisey to the people downstairs.
Also, my room was broken into one night with my wallet stolen along with my daughters purse. When I reported it to the local guard and asked him to call the local police, he promptly said," I didn't do it." The management didn't seem to care either. I asked if they had insurance and they said they didn't know but would check. After 3 days I checked back with them and they said their agent was off the Island. After confronting them for another 3 days, they finally reimbursed me for what was stolen, but never did fix the door lock. I moved out because of the impersonable, uncaring and rude management. I stayed in Bermuda another six months renting a house on the beach and had a wonderful experience. If I go back to Bermuda, I won't be staying at the Rosemont Hotel!!!!

I've been a lifelong visitor to Bermuda. Our last visit we stayed at the Rosemont and it was all we hoped for. We two stayed in a large two room suite which would accomodate two adults and two children. It was clean and included a fully stock kitchenette (larger than the one in my NY apt.). The pool and terrace are large and comfortable and the view from the terrace over the bay is beautiful. It's walking distance to Hamilton, but it is necessary to use the motorbike to get around.

I stayed at the Rosemont during the last week of July and first week of August. I was very impressed with how clean the rooms were. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. I was part of a group of 13 family members booking 7 rooms. We were all pleased with the service we received. The front desk was very helpful with helping us with bus schedules, etc. Though it's not on the water, it does have a great view. Nice pool and gardens. I was pleased with our stay.
