The views are beautiful from St George's Club! It's also in a perfect location (5 minute walk to King's Square). The hotel is a little expensive for what you get. The cottage was beautiful, but our roof in the bedroom was leaking from the rain. The pool wasn't very clean and the pool water was not as warm as they...

To be honest, we did not stay here this visit. We could not get a room through RCI-but having stayed here in the past, we stopped in and both Amy and Dee Dee were extremely accommodating. We stopped here from the airport to use the restroom and change into shorts. They offered to hold our bags while we explored St....

When I checked in they told me they updated me from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Since I was alone it made no difference. When I got to the room I settled in and found mold under the dishes where they were kept above the stove. The hand can opener was so crusted with food that I washed...

Our apologies that this room did not meet our expected standards of service . We would have been more than happy to give you another room and deal with those issues had we known at the time. I understand that they have been dealt with by our Head of Housekeeping. I have passed your kind comments re restaurant to the...

The location for this hotel is great. Serene and peaceful quiet town of St. George. However, the club is very dated, and probably seen better days. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit, and tried to overlook all the unpleasantness inside as we really didnt want to spoil our trip to beautiful bermuda! To make it short, it is definitely...

We traveled to St. George Club on March 26, 2017 for a week. We are RCI members and in a timeshare. We had made reservations a year ago. It is a short 10 min. ride from airport. We were greeted by Amy, who helped us have a great week! Everyone we met at the desk was great. Amy especially helped...

When I booked with RCI over a year ago, I never imagined that the St. George's Club would be such a disappointment. The first unit we were assigned to had no water pressure in one of the bathrooms, along with a dishwasher that didn't work (we were told we should have washed the dishes by hand!). Also, every cabinet was...

A beautiful resort in St George's on the outside with great potential but shabby and very dirty besides being full of spiders on the inside. This resort is most likely in financial troubles since we heard a recent sale did not go through. Not only were the cottages we booked in a poor state of maintenance with sliding doors fogged...

We chose the St George's Club based on the accommodations offered (separate bedroom and living room, kitchen, proximity to groceries/pharmacy) as we were traveling with our young baby. The club and facilities itself were fine and met expectations - not fancy but worked well enough for us. We had a fine stay overall until the last day when we received...

It's a bit dated but okay. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. It's located in the center of St. George easy walk to historic sites, Tobacco Bay Beach. Close to buses to go to Hamilton where you can transfer to every where else you would want to go. One bus to Crystal, Fantasy Caves, Aquarium and Swizzle Inn....

I am baffled how people in a service industry could be so rude and unhelpful. The people who work at the front desk during my stay were not willing to do much to remedy things that were wrong during my stay. I have not ever gotten such bad service outside of third world countries when I was roughing it in...
