Rented 4 different units for a family trip. One unit had a hot water issue that was resolved quickly but no other issues with any of the other units. AC worked great. Beds very comfortable. All appliances new. New playground for the kiddos. New shuttle bus was wonderful and in time to either downtown or the local beach- St Catherine or Achilles. Grounds were well cared for and new food cart delivered while we were there that will be offering snacks and drinks. No restaurant yet in the clubhouse but all the restaurants downtown are open and serving excellent meals. Always happy to go to SGC and see DeeDee who is the best. Great accommodating staff.

We highly recommend staying at the St George Club. We rented a harbor view cottage which was very nice, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff at the hotel were very kind and went over and above to help us. The grounds keeper even recommended an ideal viewing spot for sunset! The location was an easy 5 min walk to all the restaurants, shops, bus stop, and ferry. There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the hill from the hotel that makes the walk home in the evening a bit shorter. The hotel has a nice gym and two pools to chose from. No screens on windows, but since there no bugs we had no issue and the breeze was heavenly. Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our cottage had a washer and dryer inside the unit!

We love the St. George’s Club. From the staff to the rooms, it is perfect for our family. Dee Dee and Amy made us feel so welcome. The house keeping staff were very attentive with replenishing our toiletries and kitchen supplies and of course, helping us keep our room clean! The location is perfect and the views are gorgeous. Our stay was great & we will be back! The resort recently reopened in May after major renovations & did not disappoint. We stayed in a harbor view cottage which had amazing unobstructed St. George’s harbor/water views. Resort staff can store your luggage if you arrive before check in time at 4pm. Our cottage was ready when we arrived at 12pm. Our bags were already being placed in our house for us while a staff member escorted us by golf cart to where we would be staying. They offer cart shuttle service to Tobacco Bay & Fort St. Catherine’s (St. Regis). Hotel grounds are beautiful.
There are two bus stops directly at the bottom of the hill - buy day passes since it covers both bus & ferry unlimited per day. Take the bus to Hamilton & the ferry to Dockyard.
Our cottage was updated with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and all new furniture throughout. Extremely quiet & there are supplies for all that you need for daily living. Washer & dryer is in your unit.
The main pool has been redone & is open. There is a second heated pool too. Very quiet resort. Staff always answered our calls & had great suggestions for things to do. Certainly a hidden gem on the island. This hotel operates as both a hotel & timeshare. It was never brought up to us & we never felt pressured. We only were only informed when talking with the amazing hotel manager about how the hotel has been doing since Covid.

We had 4 adults and three teenagers in two different condos. Each 2bd 2bth was clean and updated. The kitchen was smaller but perfectly adequate for making meals and having snacks/happy hour. The A/C worked very well and the rooms were solid with comfortable bedding and good water pressure in showers. The hotel is walking distance to St. george’s and about .7 miles from St Regis (st catherine beach) and tobacco bay….as well as a couple of other smaller beaches. We walked through the five forts golf course and it cut about .25 miles off the walk. There is a free hotel shuttle, operated by Curtis (great guy) that goes to town, at regis and tobacco bay too. There is a grocery store about 10min walk or Curtis can drive you. The pool at the facility was nice and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with recommendations or calling a taxi.

Very good stay at St. George’s. I love the location and the ability to have two bedrooms and a kitchen. The updates they have made were perfect. The only thing missing is a restaurant on premise - once they have that back, it will be great. I also would just advise that inter-stay cleaning and pack and plays are all an additional cost which is not typical for hotels, so just something to be aware of.

We arrived late on Saturday night (due to a flight issue) and were lucky that the night watchman was in the lobby to give us our key. On Sunday everything was closed, as well as the onsite restaurant, so we had a hard time finding something to eat. Our unit was very nice with a beautiful view over the bay, and we had everything we needed. It was a little tricky figuring out the thermostats as they only had icons on them, so we were very cold the first day. It would be helpful to have a sheet of paper in the room explaining how a few things worked, especially the thermostats. The unit was clean and everything was serviceable. It was a very nice visit. The location was perfect with the busses less than a quarter mile away.

My experience at the newly renovated property was outstanding. The resort was my home away from home where I cooked by own meals when I was not out eating at the local restaurants, especially the Wahoo. If you are a golfer there is Five Forts golf course which is fabulous. Seven holes with ocean views. Dee Dee and her staff were great and quite helpful. The resort is a five minute walk from the heart of St. Georges which is located on the eastern side of the island which has really come alive. I will be staying at the St, George's Club on my next trip to Bermuda.

No driving range, a couple of stations and nets small putting green. It’s not worth the time tbh. Checking in early at St. george’s all depends on turnover of rooms, we had two rooms, one was ready early, one was not.
Depends on the whim of the managerial staff, Dee Dee and Sally. Yes you’ll be overcharged for service which will be subpar. But all they’ll do is look at you as if you are them problem for requesting service! The staff claim the lack of service is what is to be expected while staying in Bermuda.
The kitchen has Microwave, stove and fridge/freezer. Kitchen sink too of course, filter coffee maker, toaster. Cupboards with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses and cutlery.

"Most all businesses accept US dollars. You can but you dont have to exchange currency. Bus tokens can be purchased at the postoffice a short stroll from the property."
