My wife and I have traveled to some of the worlds most beautiful beaches in the Caribbeans, Hawaii, Mediterranean, Vietnam, Black Sea and list goes on and on. But the Lighthouse Bay Resort has the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. Miles and miles of soft white and pink sand, calm Caribbean water warm and attentive staff make this...

We recently had a three-day, two-night stay at Lighthouse Bay Resort. This is without a doubt the most beautiful beach that we have ever seen. This is literally the only hotel on a lengthy strip of Caribbean beachfront. We spent hours strolling up and down the lengthy beach on the Caribbean side, which was almost like having our own private...

Recently made a quick trip to Barbuda and found this piece of paradise! Miles of soft pink sand, sunsets, sunsets, sunsets and a wonderful warm staff, nice rooms and great food - you can't go wrong! Crossing the lagoon to reach The Lighthouse makes it feel even more secluded! Perfect get away spot!

Let me start my review by saying this could have been great. The location is one of the most beautiful in world. Unfortunately, it seems like the constant turnover in management, staff and chef are really destroying a very nice property. So let's get to the good, the bad and the ugly... BARBUDA In general, a very lowly populated island....

My apologies for any misinformation or confusion that occurred during your recent visit. I would like to clarify a few items referenced in your review. Our rental website does not mention Lighthouse Bay Resort as being all-inclusive. We were all-inclusive a year ago but changed to reflect the demands of our guests. However, some on-line publications (including the photo you...

Barbuda is a hidden gem, and our stay was one of the most relaxing, memorable, and amazing experiences. Everything was simply incredible. The beach is probably the most pristine, soft sand I've ever felt. The cuisine was excellent and varied, ranging from seared tuna appetizer to the red wine mashed potatoes to the pan-seared tilapia. The chef would also cater...

What an amazing property! Small, super quiet, secluded, luxurious accommodations set on a powdery sand beach that goes on for as far as you can see. The turquoise sea with the incredible sunsets was just what I was looking for to escape my busy schedule. My flight into Antigua was met by the ground service person who took me to...

Briefly: An exceptional, isolated postcard-perfect beach resort with good service. We stayed 5 nights in June using a Jetsetter promotional fare. Pros: -Isolated, even for the carribean. Located across the lagoon from the main town on a tiny island with little to no other tourism. We loved this and have never experienced anything like it. -We were the only guests...
