The Embassy Suites By Hilton Aruba Beach Resort is commended for its tranquil atmosphere, with guests suggesting that a tweak in music could further enhance the ambiance. While the cleanliness of the rooms and pool areas receive high marks, some visitors have encountered housekeeping irregularities. The modern, spacious rooms are well-liked, yet a few guests report issues with upkeep and reservations. Although the staff's friendliness and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour are highlights, certain travelers believe that the service could be more organized. Despite the hotel's strategic location near Eagle Beach and dining venues, the value for money has been questioned by many, due to high prices and additional charges.

Family of 5 from UK for three nights.
Hotel clean and tidy as so new, free breakfast every morning, late afternoon you get two free drinks tickets each to exchange at the bar, one night there was also free snacks, chips and dip.
Pool was large and there was no sun bed fighting, there are a few double sun beds with covers that would be taken early but still plenty of sun beds available.
Room was very small for a family of 5, one bedroom with two double beds and one sofa bed in living space. They knew we were a family of 5 but never gave additional bedding for sofa bed, we had to request this, yet they just dumped this inside the door and didn’t make the bed.
We liked the location, yes you were a small walk from the main area and decent part of the beach, but we liked being at the quiet end.
Bar and restaurant staff very friendly, we ate dinner at the main bar two nights and had lunch once at the pool restaurant which was severe to us at our sun beds which we really enjoyed.

The rooms are very good and quiet. The facilities are very good. We enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. The food is good. The restaurant is very accessible. It is large and we had no difficulty getting seated. Franklin and others were excellent waiters. The staff is stretched- the hotel was packed as was every hotel in Aruba.

The Hilton-owned property overbooked and some guests had to be bussed to other hotels. The staff were stretched beyond what humans should be.

The pool staff should not allow children with diapers in the pool.

We waited for coffee to be brewed for 20 minutes. Food at the breakfast buffet could not be replenished quickly enough to meet the needs of the guests.

While bicycles are free to use, but there are not enough.

The beach — a real beach with sand is a mile away.

They need to provide more information. For example, chairs with sun shade must be reserved and reservations are taken at 7 am. After that, no chairs in the shade are available. But no where is there a statement that these shaded chairs must be reserved.

Also, there is little information about off site activities and you have to get it through word of mouth from other guests

This resort will be run down within the first year of be opened. They don’t clean the rooms… just make beds and put fresh towels if you re lucky enough for them to get to your room by 6pm daily. They did not replace the cups, coffee, creamer used in our room on the first day. We booked ocean front king and paid $500 extra for that, however, upon arrival they had no rooms with king so my husband and I had separate beds for our vacation.. We were told we booked thru a third party…Costco Travel which is the same as any other travel agency so my booking was not guaranteed. They have the most horrible systems in place for cabanas, chairs etc. unless you are up at 6am on Line waiting at the towel bar…. You have no chance of getting shaded chairs, cabanas, or beach chairs to take off premises. We were here for a week and never got any! The daily breakfast is like feeding time at the zoo. They often run out of coffee, plates, cups etc during the breakfast service. The lines for omelets are half an hour long . There is NO direct beach, however. Across the street is all rocky and mucky. & under construction. Hopefully they develop the beach there or else you are forced to stay in the pool area all day with hardly any shaded areas so you burn to a crisp. It comes down to the mgmt… it’s a brand new resort and should be run like a top but with the wrong people running it, it will only decline and become the worst place to stay by the end of this year!
Very disappointed in all the inefficiencies!!

Just left after spending a week with a family of 7. Everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly. It is a large hotel so reserving a shade spot before 7 am is a must but easy to do at the towel window in the pool area. The hotel has a nice new feel and the rooms are clean. Speaking of that, our housekeeper Stella was amazing. She was very attentive to our needs, respected when we were in the room and had no problem about coming back. The cleaning job she would do in our room each day was very well done. She met us with a smile every time we saw her. The happy hour is a nice touch each day at 5 pm. The snacks varied from cheeses, nachos and cheese dip or salsa. The beach area across the street is small but very functional with the new palpas. If you want a nicer beach experience, just head down to the left towards Eagle Beach and the sand and water are beautiful. Starbucks on site. Self service laundry available by purchasing tokens at the front desk but limited to 4 machines for the whole hotel. Overall great experience and would recommend.

My husband and I had a great time during our stay at this hotel. The suite we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with an ocean view.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, which made it convenient for us to quickly grab food without having to worry about where to get it.

The hotel had a relaxed and calm atmosphere, which was a nice change from some of the more lively beachside resorts we visited, such as La Cabana.

The pool was clean, spacious, and not overcrowded, and we enjoyed playing bingo which was hosted on two afternoons.

Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect - it's situated between Eagle Beach and the lively restaurant district, both of which are just a 15-minute walk away.

We really enjoyed staying at this very new , modern & spacious hotel! Very glad we stayed away from the chaos of Palm Beach during Easter break and the waters are perfect— no jet skis and catamarans blocking your view and not on top of other guests on a tight beach,. The balconies were large with lots of space to enjoy the view, take insta pictures. The pool was the best ever, very clean and perfect temperature. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, friendly staff. Chill vibe and everyone was enjoying this property. The plentiful breakfast filled us up and saved our family of 5 including 3 teens so much $$. The evening reception with free drinks & chips salsa/ fruit/ cheeses/ olives was a fun treat to enjoy as we showered for dinner & watched the sunset. The free bikes to ride into to town was sweet and a nice touch. We arrived just as they installed nice palapas on their private beach. If they pack down the sand in the water will be perfect! . Otherwise stroll10 minutes to eagle beach by amsterdam manor with the beach chairs you can sign out & enjoy! It would be nice if they added a little variety each day because we were there for 6 nites and pretty much same items. Maybe some berries or made to order waffles… less salad pickled items. If I returned to Aruba I would stay here again for the luxury and the value. Also the Brickstones dinner menu is very varied so check it out. Delicious flatbreads, salads and mains. Highly, high,y recommend Embassy Suites Aruba. Thank you for a sweet holiday memory!!

No question about it. The Embassy suites, located north of downtown, is definitely the place to stay. First, what I look for is cleanliness of the hotel and the room, and the facility is spotless. The rooms which are a suite are smaller than what you get in America by about a good 30 to maybe 40%. But for two people they're fine. The shower has a rainforest shower and a spritzer attachment. There's two large screen TVs which are crystal clear in reception in the bedroom and the living room. The king size beds are slightly smaller than what you get in America but larger than a queen. The air conditioning is fine, and there's plenty of hot water. Let's talk about the facility. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Better than most Embassy Suites I've stayed in in the United states. At 5:00 to 6:30, they have an open bar and you get four tickets to drown your whatever in. Only kidding. They do have a restaurant on site which I did not go to because I wanted to experience the restaurants on the island. They have a large hot tub, and a huge swimming pool. You access the beach by going in an underground tunnel that goes underneath the main road to the other side. The staff is excellent. The concierge especially Jennyfer aka Jen Jen was outstanding. Taxi service is a little interesting. On Saturday and Sunday the rates go up by about 30%. Know the rates before. We got overcharged a few times. Most taxi drivers were honest. Always look for the taxi sign. Sometimes they can be inside the vehicle that you're driving in. The hotel has security which is nice not there's any issues but it's always nice when they make their presence known. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes. You exit from the swimming pool area and go under a tunnel, walk around and you're at the beach. There is a security at the beach to make sure no one else is using the reserved area improperly. For those of you who are from the northwest, yes there is Starbucks coffee.

Staff were kind and helpful! Rooms were nice with a fridge and balcony. The pool was big with a huge hot tub. Towels are at the pool. I am not sure if the shaded umbrellas at the pool were sun resistant because even being under them, we got burnt! The beach was through a tunnel under the road and there was no chairs, no huts, nothing! The hotel will provide you with chairs for the beach that you may borrow and bring with you if you want to walk with them through the tunnel. There is a resort fee per day/per room ($50) at this resort. Breakfast is included in the resort fee and there were lots of choices. Happy Hour is also included in the Resort Fee. 2 drinks per adults and unlimited drinks for kids. There are bikes included in the resort fee. They were FUN! My daughter and I took them for 2 hours and drove them to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. We got a smoothie on the way!
My family of 5 only stayed 2 nights before we checked in to our weeklong timeshare on Eagle Beach (which has an amazing beach). I honestly will stay at this resort again but not for more than 2 nights because I go to Aruba for the beach and this resort was limited with this feature!

I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I love that it is located outside of the strip but is close enough for us to be able to experience it. The staff are always willing to assist. All the amenities are top notch, use of beach chairs are available for free. Janice, one of the servers, always has a smile for all the guests and is very knowledgeable on local cuisines and gives very good recommendations on where to go and what to do for a favorable price. Although it is not on the beach, it is an easy walk across the street.

They really value their members and they gave us a front row seat, so to speak, to the beach and pool.

As it is still a relatively new hotel, there are still some kinks that they need to iron out, like when we tried to charge something to the room and even though they put a hold for incidentals, they were not able to charge it to the room immediately, they have to call the front desk to rectify the matter. Otherwise, it was smooth sailing for us.

I hope that they will be able to maintain all the charms and amenities of the hotel and improve what needs to be improved.
