This was our first trip to Aruba and the property and location is amazing! We rented a car not knowing that within a 5 to 10 minute easy walk that you can get to all kinds of great restaurants, bars and shops ! The concierge was able to get us last minute reservations that we couldn’t get on our on .. if you do have a car the parking is convenient and free with no need to valet . We are globalist members so the Regency club was available to us at no charge and I think it’s usually $120 per day but you save much more than that .. breakfast is very good and better than most restaurants beer, wine are available in the evening along with heavy hors d’oeuvres but it’s really dinner that was great .. also coffee soft drinks and juice are available along with mid day snacks .the facilities are wonder with an adult pool with plenty of umbrellas and little tiki hut type structures on the beach most of which are free . Staff is outstanding. …

The place to go to for the best relaxing vacation. The beaches are beautiful and clean. The services on the beach, pool and in the hotel are 5 star. The rooms are clean and spacious. And location is great for evening dinner alternatives and entertainment

The location is beautiful. Walking distance to so many fun activities. Beach and pool was outstanding, especially the water volleyball. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience. The wedding we attended was one of the best we have been to. The only way to make it better is to extend the party past the 10:00 cut off.

We just got back from our first trip to Aruba and the Hyatt Regency and it did not disappoint. The hotel property is beautiful with a great location. All of the staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful! Our room was very clean and any time we wanted extra towels, etc. it was handled promptly. The beach at the Hyatt is wonderful. We walked along the hotel walk up to the Marriott and we thought the Hyatt had the nicest grounds and beach. Reserving your palapa was super easy before arriving and I would recommend that you definitely do it in advance. We ate at the Palms for lunch a couple of times. The tacos, grouper sandwich were excellent!

Spent 4 days here on a work trip. Amazing high-end property, beautiful grounds, pools, very clean throughout. 3 issues however. we stayed on the 5th floor right above the Alfresco Bar. 1) Hotel wi-fi on multiple devices kept dropping and sometimes wouldn't connect at all. Off hours improved but still not reliable. 2) Music from the same bar too loud and had to call one night at 11p to have it turned down. 3) Resort fee is a laugh. Access to pools, fitness, walking paths, bird cages, and koi ponds for like $80+ USD/day. Resident iquanas and lizards all over were cool.

Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean, service was impeccable and food was great. The only thing that wasn't to my liking is that the rooms have no balcony to sit on just Juliette balconies. Views were fantastic though. Weight room was a little small and separate from cardio equipment and weight machines which made it a little inconvenient to workout.

Very nice property. Lovely beach and pool areas. Adult pool for quiet afternoon and main pool for families and activities. Plenty of shade provided on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are well done and beds are comfortable. I was very impressed with the friendly staff. Everyone was accommodating, warm and welcoming. Every staff encounter I had was exceptional!
