Thank you very much for your kind review. We are happy that the centuries old comfort of our hotel allowed for a relaxing stay. We actually do lunch every day. Might be the comforts of a huge bed held you for a bit too long that you missed out. :) Thanks again for the review and have a great day!

This hotel is at best in incompetent and at worst untrustworthy. And they do not know what the word service means. We arrived to be told that they did not have our booking. Total lies as they they 'found' the booking once we produced the written confirmation. You would have thought some sincere apology or humility might be order but...

Our sincerest and heartfelt apologies for your experience. Something oddly peculiar happened with your reservations and we remain at a loss as to exactly what could have gone wrong. Nevertheless, as you quite rightly pointed out things happen. By no means are we making excuses especially since we pride ourselves in providing the best possible service to all our guests....

We booked the package on Expedia with Virgin flights from London Gatwick. The taxi fare from the airport is fixed at 82 ECD. Make sure that you use the official taxi stand and obtain a receipt. We received a warm welcome at the hotel which only has 14 'rooms'. Our 'room' was called 'Amazon' and it was a two storeyed...

Despite many tourist visiting Nelsons Dockyard this is a nice and calm colonial style hotel. No night restaurant but other nice one on the area. All rooms are very well keept and big. Friendly and helpfull staff. Not a hotel with facilities for children.

My partner and I just returned from staying at this lovely hotel. The location of English Harbour is just gorgeous and the staff were so helpful. They really looked after us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Our only criticism is that the wifi needs to be looked at. Each individual is given a random numerical and alphabetic code...

We had a wonderful stay at Copper & Lumber Store made all the more special by the helpful staff and an unexpected room upgrade! Gillian and Claudius were both extremely attentive and helped us organise various trips around Antigua. You'll need a car to explore the island from here but Pigeon beach is walkable (15mins) and the surroundings at Nelson's...

I've had the same room, year after year, going on 5 years now for The Antigua Yacht Charter Show held annually in December. I am so delighted every year to notice the small upgrades taking place in this Georgian Suite. Thanks to the friendly and hospitable staff for making it feel like my home away from home.

We spent 4 nights here early November. The building just oozes character, highly polished wooden floors, exposed stone work everywhere and staff that are so keen to help in every way possible. Booking trips, advising on restaurants or beaches. Don't miss Fish Fridays, fantastic bbq with wide range of options - the lobster was sumptuous. Don't believe the current location...

Called in on an island tour - just for a cool drink- calm atmosphere around the whole place-staff were great and the history seems to come out the very walls, There is a shop on site for necessary items needed but the hotel would really provide all you need.
