If you like late night music outside your window then this is the place for you. Admittedly it is clean in the room but hotel needs a massive upgrade and redecoration. Basic accommodation which did include complimentary breakfast for an overnight stay. Plenty nearby where liners come in but if they are not in then all the local area is...

Firstly, I am not basing my rating on the stars of this hotel. I am rather basing it on the quality of service and weather or not the hotel met my expectations. We (a family of 5) were traveling through Antigua for the day and needed a nice enough place to lay our head. We were not looking for a...

This hotel offers mid range prices for adequate room. Room was spacious and clean, but outdated in areas with poor bathroom fixtures. The bed was large and comfortable and we did have a very good night sleep with no noise. We ate at the hotel restaurant and had a very tasty steak and chips and chocolate cake, and was served...

If you go to this hotel make sure you don't get put in the separate annexe. The main hotel is best. We stayed for one night before going on to Montserrat. We were put in the annexe. The room was very big but the bed was upstairs on a mezzanine level, which was ok but the staircase was very dangerous....

I booked this hotel in expedia for a one-night stay, in transit to another Caribbean island. When I arrived they gave me a room in a separated building, 100 meters away from the main building and by the pier, in a third floor with no elevator and no help taking upstairs my heavy luggage. That was the first hint that...

Stayed overnight while waiting to join a cruise ship. The location is excellent as it is 30 metres from the cruise ship entry point. Room was spacious and contained all you would require, even a kitchen area. However the decor was a little tired and impersonal. Evening meal and breakfast was adequate if limited in choice. All in all good...

This hotel is not for those who can only stay at the Ritz type of hotels. If you are high maintenance this is not for you. HOWEVER, this IS an adventurer’s hotel. Located in the middle of St. Johns and only blocks from the cruise ship docks and directly across from C & C’s Knife and Fork (see previous review)....

This hotel is simply that. A hotel. It is not a resort. It is not an vacation catch all. It is a hotel smack in the middle of downtown. There is no gym, spa, pool or evening entertainment. If you need those things, this place is NOT for you. However, if you just need somewhere in town to sleep, shower,...

Such a great experience at Heritage. What sets this place apart is the fantastic staff. My husband and I needed some assistance planning our day trip and the staff at the front desk went above and beyond, making phone calls around the island to accommodate us. We love this hotel and the great people who work here!

We have stayed at this hotel for a night before continuing our trip to Barbuda. It has a good location near the center and the harbour where the cruise ships stop. It's also located in the shopping district, but that was a rather unpleasant part for us as we weren't interested in alleged duty free shopping (way too expensive anyway)....
