I've always wanted to check out The Farm, and finally had my chance. However, the work schedule precluded an overnight stay (which I'll still try someday). So this was a day trip with 4 friends, booked in advance. The day trip is not inexpensive, considering it includes only one meal and one treatment. On the plus side, my treatment was...

You're going to have to set your expectation to trully enjoy your stay here. This is a resort that will help you forget the stress of city life and is perfect for a retreat to nature. If you know what to expect, you will be amazed at what the resort could offer you. The Grounds - only 10 hectares of...

I don't understand why everything was so overpriced. But then you're spending money on our local goods so it's okay. I hope it gives a lot of jobs in Lipa. They should warn first timers about the food and the concept of this resort. Otherwise, everything is not so appreciated. Also, villas are far from each other unless you book...

This was my third trip to the Farm. The last two times I gave it 5 stars. This time it gets a reduced rating for three reasons. First, the cost on this already expensive retreat has gone up. I paid the same amount this trip for three nights as I have on previous trips for four nights - and that's...

We planned this holiday to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday and my husband's forthcoming birthday. We had a totally relaxing and "hushed" vacation! The place is a secret get-away, nestled in the lush forest, about 8 kilometers from Lipa City, and just roughly 2 hours away from Manila (via Star Tollway) on normal traffic conditions. The Farm at San Benito...

My husband and I were looking for a quiet overnight retreat outside the metro. We've been hearing a lot of positive reviews about The Farm for years now, but we were scared to go because we weren't vegan and we might not enjoy the food. But we're glad we overcame that fear and booked a room at Sulu Terraces. The...

We absolutely love The Farm at San Benito! We first stayed here over the Valentine weekend 2013. We didn’t know much about The Farm then apart from what is written on their website and the fact that they don’t serve meat. Thinking it was too much of a sacrifice for us to suddenly go on a no meat diet for...

My family and I visited The Farm for an overnight stay last November 2014. There were five of us. We had an interesting stay and quite relaxing but I can't say that I would go back to The Farm. While the place certainly has an appeal, it's not for everyone and is targeted to select individuals. Below are several key...

The Farm is an extremely relaxing resort! The property is beautiful and no matter if you stay in the Sulu Terence aka tree hut or a villa, the experience is wonderful. The staff are all very friendly and know your name as the resort is very small - around 30 villas in total. I loved all the activities at The...
