We consisted of two families so I booked us two rooms. Pros: The hotel looks beautiful and classy with a grand staircase and huge crystal chandelier. The two rooms are nice, clean and have their own set of lovely decors. The beds are comfortable. The shower experience is top rate. Breakfast is complimentary. Cons: The parking at the front of...

So we stayed a night at anfa royale hotel for a friends wedding, the place is located right next literally walking distance to Robinson's mall and cafe de lipa kape shop. The banquet room is on the ground floor didnt really see an elevator, though they do have several (2-3)floors up via stairs, small coffee shop in the ground floor...

It may be one of the classiest hotels in Lipa. With its grand lobby and big staircase. Most rooms have bath tubs and a multifunction shower. I just wish people are more friendly. I used to stay in Anfa at least 2-3 days a month for 6 months, but everytime you check in, you are treated as if you are...

Location is great. But wifi sucks. It literally is almost useless. And also, for breakfast they serve 3-in-1 instant coffee. Even if you order brewed coffee they do not have any which is kinda weird cause this is Lipa, Batangas we are talking about. It was a really sad morning.

It's my first time to attend a party here. The banquet pleace is quite small and kind of congested. Probably because of the table arrangements. Overall, the front desk is accommodating and the place is nice. Very accessible to public and it's just at the back of a mall. Should I host a party, this hotel will be one of...

The location was good enough. Its walking distance to Robinsons Lipa through the back gate. Its also a walking distance towards the main highway where Starbucks and Shakeys awaits you. We booked room B-310, a family room with 3 beds for P3,500. I comes with free breakfast although the hotel staff only prepared 2 packs for breakfast instead of 3....

Travelers beware of this hotel. Go Hotel in nearby Robinsons is a 3 star compared to this. They will charge you for your whole stay, as soon as you check in, then refuse to refund you. WE checked in and the aircon was not working, it was very noisy, and the free breakfast was horrible, it tasted like carton. You...

We checked in just before midnight. The receptionist offered us different rates. Around 1000 Pesos for 12 hours or 1200 pesos for a night. Since check out time was 12 noon, it really didn't matter, so we took the 1000 pesos option. Another staff showed us also different rooms. All rooms shown looked almost the same but we took the...

I have booked for my daughter's 18th birthday on this hotel last May 27, 2016. I am very satisfied and recommend to anybody to want to have a special event. The owner Ms Tess and manager Ms. Claire helps a lot to make my event a great success. The food and arrangement of the venue meets my expectation. Thanks to them.

Stayed 7 nights. Very pleased with this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well attended. Provide with excellent American breakfast. Food in restaurant is good but takes time to cook - may have to wait 20 minutes. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet - no noisy karaoke bar on the premises. Staff are very well trained and provide excellent service....
