We stayed at Mandarin for 3 nights as our last stop on our honeymoon Turkey trip. When I first booked this hotel, I was under the impression that is was just outside Fethiye near Oludeniz - so we were a bit surprised that is was 35km from Fethiye located very near Faralya. It turns out we didn't mind at all,...

I flew from Manchester UK on 21/04/2012 to stay at the Mandarin. It was late when I arrived, all the guests had gone to bed, but the management had laid on a cold meal for me in my room. And what a splendid room I had. It was everything that the Cachet Holidays/Mandarin Hotel websites said it would be, with...

Decided to stay here for a couple of nights during a holiday in one of the large beach resorts near Side as we fancied seeing a different side of Turkey, and what a contrast it was! The hotel is set in a small rural hamlet and has just 8 rooms, so it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. When we booked...

We stayed in this hotel in sept. 2011. The hotel was maybe a 3. You have to drive up the side of a cliff, quite a distance from town. It's hard to find where to park. You then get mauled by the dog who is biting your luggage and underfoot the whole way. You feel like you're staying at your...

I found this review as an insult to the 100s of satisfied guests we stayed at Mandarin, the many positive comments we had about the area, the organic food and the staff at Mandarin, especially the dog Pasha, who simply likes playing. The intend of this writting must be for different reasons. All our guests comments can be found on our website, and...

in fact this is the best area with magnificant landscape of Fethiye overlooking the beautifull bay with all the islands including Rhodes...The property has a private house atmosphere where you feel immediately at home. The owners are operating this 8 room(very large with nice individually made furniture..) with great enthusiasm and full of pleasure with the first class hospitality. Same...

Had a great stay here for two nights. Was a perfect laidback retreat after a week in kalkan. The staff, garden and pool were lovely as was our room. On the downside the food was not as good as other places we payed a lot less for. Grapes for dessert and poor quality breakfast juice were mean touches. We had...

This is a hidden gem of a boutique hotel. We arrived at night which was challenging but once we entered through the doors, the scent of jasmine and perfume trees assaulted us and we knew this was going to be something special. It's an eight room villa; our room was spacious with beautifully appointed antique furniture and a giant jacuzzi...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
An unspoilt setting, luxurious surroundings and a warm, personal welcome... Opened in the summer of 2007, Mandarin is a delightful boutique hotel situated in an unspoilt natural setting close to south-west Turkey's magnificent Turquoise Coast. Perfect for nature lovers who also value a touch of luxury and a high level of personal service, Mandarin has been designed as a stylish and supremely comfortable hideaway, which nevertheless boasts a pleasantly informal atmosphere without any hint of stuffiness or pretension. Mandarin comprises just eight guestrooms and thus offers a very intimate ambience, making it the perfect venue for a small group to rent for a special celebration, club event or even a business meeting. However, the hotel is equally suited to romantic couples and guests wishing to stay in unspoilt surroundings, relax in unperturbed peace and perhaps indulge in a few nature-based activities. Please note that, to maintain its air of tranquillity, Mandarin operates a no-children policy (with the exception of group bookings renting the hotel in its entirety). ...introducing one of Turkey's most exclusive retreats ... more   less
