Welcoming, friendly and helpful. A very clean well maintained B&B, close by Altons Towers. Also not far from places to eat in the evening. Very comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and the breakfast was lovely. Recommended.

We drove up from Oxford to stay at the Laurels for our wedding anniversary as we were going to Alton Towers the following day and we were pleasantly surprised. Very warm and welcoming and the local pub in the village was great. Breakfast was amazing. 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Laurels B&B. Good location. Only remark would be that we missed fresh fruit at breakfast. Coffee and cookies in the room. Soap and lotion in the bathroom is available. Nice terrace to enjoy the weather and view.

We stayed in the beautiful peaceful laurels with our two young children. It was the perfect location for us with Alton towers 4 minutes away, the kids enjoyed the outside spacious patio area in the b+b. The family room was very comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was amazing.

Everything was just perfect from room bed, views, breakfast, cleanliness.. truly nice and positive experience living there two days. Was visiting Alton towers with family. Little hard to find with postcode. Had to enquire in pub where satnav led to. It was a mile away from there. Nothing too big of a deal though.

We couldn't be happier with your comments about our rooms and views etc. Our postcode has always been a problem for us, as the Post Office has given us one that's actually not really that close to where we really are! Hopefully the map on our website and the email we send should clarify things for new guests. To clarify,...

Loved this B & B. Decorated to a high standard and VERY clean. Very close to Alton Towers, perfect. The children have asked if we can stay there again if we go to Alton Towers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

We only stayed one night in this bright and clean B&B set in a beautiful location in the valley. Ideally placed for our trip to Cotton to visit the college where many a day had been spent. Now derelict and being left to crumble.

Thank you for your review. Cotton College and the adjacent church are a great landmark in our valley, although it's a shame they're no longer in use. Phil and Helen
