At Hill Farm B&B we were welcomed with a cup of tea and cake on arrival by our friendly host. The location is a delightful one; very quiet and peaceful. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Lovely breakfasts. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in true country surroundings at Jesters Hut which I'd booked for my wife as a 5th anniversary present. I was looking for something wooden to reflect the anniversary, and you can't get much more wooden than a shepherd's hut so it seemed perfect! The weekend started with a wonderful meal and drinks at the Butchers...

Very romantic shepherds cabin. There are two, one at the top of the field and is the original shepherds hut, the other is at the bottom of the field and i believe is a new version of the shepherds hut. The top one was the one we stayed in and had excellent views, a bbq and electric heater and blanket...

We had a wonderful time at Hill Farm! We stayed for three nights, two in Jesters Hut and a final night in the B&B shepard's hut and both were great in their own way. Angela and Simon are fabulous hosts and were always helpful during our stay, on arrival we even received a hamper with homemade cake, jam, eggs and...

We stayed in the Jesters Shepherds Hut for 2 nights in April. We were met by Angela who showed us all of the facilities and welcomed us with milk, eggs, butter, jam and homemade flapjacks. The hut contains a kingsize bed which was beautifully dressed and very cosy as Angela had provided and filled 3 hot water bottles. There is...

We stayed here just for one night whilst dining at the Butchers Arms. We were met by Simon And Angela and shown to their Pumbletuke room which is in an annexe. There are 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom, perfect for a small family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it is so peaceful, ideal for a good nights sleep. In...

Needing a place to stay overnight in or near Priors Hardwick to attend a 50th Wedding Anniversary at The Butchers Arms we chanced upon Hill Farm. Reading the reviews we decided that this was the place for us. Firstly we checked via Google Maps just where the Farm was relative to the Church and so armed went almost straight to...

A lovely property in the countryside. This was our second visit and we took our horse with us on both occasions. The rooms and annex are lovely and stable yard are brilliant. Simon and Angela are very helpful and welcoming. Simon arranged for us a table at a local pub on both stays which really helps when travelling along way...

After a few days in London we were ready to get away to the countryside and could not have picked a better place! We were greeted by Simon and the dogs (my daughter couldn't get enough of them!). After unpacking in our rooms overlooking the gardens and beautiful fields, we had tea in the garden looking out at sheep and...

A comfortable room with a beautiful view (Loft room). Breakfast was lovely - proper crispy bacon! Something I found to be rare in the UK... Polite and unobtrusive hosts, plenty of parking and a nice property overall. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

“1) Check the general location on Google Maps prior to setting out. 2) Remember that this is a working farm and the needs of the farm may on occasions cause a slight delay though we suffered none. Also the area can be patchy for mobile coverage with some operators so delays in transmission should not be taken as a sign that the proprietors are not bothered.”
