It is a small family-run vineyard. We had only time to spend one night but it was great. Even though they were very busy with two busloads of other guests, Francesca took the time to give us a tour of the wine cellar. We had a wonderful three course meal in the restaurant with selected wines from the vineyard. Everything... More

We were driving around the lake district in Northern Italy just looking for a place where to spend the night. A random search on the internet for an agriturismo in the region yielded the result of Al Rocol. All we needed to be convinced was the magic word "franciacorta". Driving there after 8pm, tired and hungry and with no place... More

Very nice people, nice setting. We had a very spacious and clean room! Kitchen and everything (we just stayed there for one night)! The swimming pool is awesome; breakfast is allright. If you stay there you get the chance to visit there "cantina" and taste their wine!

Had a great stay, excellent food and wine. Friendly hosts. Nice area for walking and close to Lago d' Iseo. Nice little "town". Went to Mount Isola, very pretty Island, good for walking. Also drove to lago d' Garda, maybe an hour away. Very nice and relaxing stay. GO THERE!!😊

A hotel, restaurant that also is a winery. Large room that had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. Had 4 course with wine tasting menu, first was a sampling of appetizers -cheese, cold cuts, polenta and a sparkling wine, next was a risotto with sausage and cheese and wife had pasta folded with ham and cheese (which is... The agriturismo is a great place to stay while visiting the Franciacorta area. The family running the place was really kind, and took the time to show me their wine cellar and explain in detail how the champagne method is used to make their Franciacorta wine. We agreed that it served me and them best if the tasting was done... More

We stayed at Al Rocol during our Franciacorta week end and had a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and gave us a tour of their cellar and a wine tasting. We had dinner at the restaurant and that was amazing as well. They offer a great selection of local dishes cooked to perfection.

This is the best Agriturismo in Italy! The rooms are nice, but the food is delicious (and authentic Italian)! Just make sure you are there in the weekend, so their restaurant is open. It's the biggest value for money you can get.
