I was a repeat customer, having stayed over a few years back. The facilities are adequate. My room was clean and tidy, but the kitchen could do with a hard-core cleaning session and possibly a refurbishment and coat of paint.

Fantastic accomodation, great family run business. Beautiful little bar, cracking braai. Good times. Stayed here for two nights with a friend. Had a great time. Close to the Addo Elephant park. Good sleep, good food. Will definitely be back!

We went on the cheetah tracking and addo elephant 3 night package trip which included tours, accommodation and food.
We were completely looked after from pick-up to drop-off. John (the owner) restricts the cheetah tracking and addo tour to 2-4 people, and maximum of 6...More
Just don't spend your money at Orange Backpackers. I booked for 2 nights but left after one.
This is why:
- The entrance and the reception is disgusting. On the floor there is a carpet which is there for too many years without any cleaning....More
