First I want to say, Rarotonga was not what I expected it to be. I was thinking more along the lines of Hawaii for sure! It is surely more serene, green and the water is absolutely beautiful here!!! For you divers....no murky water to try and see through at all. Perfect snorkeling spots all over the island, as well as...

We spent the last five days of a 16 day Cook Island holiday at Manuia Beach Resort. It was very nice indeed. You walk through beautifully tended tropical gardens to reach your little white bungalow (half of a semi) which was very clean. The grounds, even the restaurant, are sandy so the large bowl on the balcony to wash your...

My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in the beautiful Cook Islands and stayed on Rarotonga. While there we stayed at the beautiful Manuia Beach resort. We were attracted by the beach side setting and private and beautiful bungalows that are set amongst beautiful gardens. The host (and one of the owners) Sue is on hand to greet...

We stayed here for 7 nights. Had an amazing time away. First time in raro and we will be back. Our room was cleaned everyday. The restaurant was super handy for those beautiful cocktails on the beach. Sue was super friendly like the rest of the staff and made us very welcome. The mystery tour is so well worth going...

I just loved this place!!!! individual bungalows that are quite basic but lovely, wifi can be a problem I paid $25 for wifi & it was sporadic, you do get a small amount of wifi FOC but you need to use it in reception area. There is no TV in the bungalows, but I did not miss it & your...

The beach front suites offer a great view of the lagoon. We enjoyed our stay here but a couple of things I would like to point out are: for the purpose of honeymooners the type of room was average. The towels need replacing. They were a tad old and thin. Having On the Beach Restrauant on site was great! Definitely...

Stayed at the Manuia Beach Resort for six nights with my parents and sister - and we had such a fabulous stay! The resort was just beautiful - and the location, wow! Right on the beach! Plus, it was just 10 mins from the airport and was located fairly close to some fab restaurants (wander down to the Waterline -...

My partner chose to stay at Manuia for a well needed break away for many reasons, location, sunsets, peace & quiet in an adults only resort, beachfront views, all day sun & shade, room decor at more.. For his first trip to Raro, he was completely blown away by the welcoming nature of everyone we met. Sue's team have an...

Fabulous place for couples of all ages. Beautiful quiet spot on the western side of the island. Lovely simple rooms. Especially love the outdoor shower. Pool was fab, and the OTB restaurant too. Staff were awesome - friendly and helpful. A great first ever visit to Raro.
