Lovely secluded inn. We had a private hot tub, and there's a lovely lake view. The breakfasts were fantastic. There are cute cobble stone-like steps getting to the entrance. I think that may be a good thing in inclement weather. (It snowed a bit during our stay). The only downside, if you want to call it that, is there's no...

A great place for getting away. Our time there overlapped some of the time as Dana T. Read his review for gushing about the place. The setup of the breakfast area promotes conversation between the guests. Very friendly environment without being fake or artificial. Patrick does a nice job of interacting with the guests and encouraging discussions between the guests....

I promised Patrick that I wouldn't gush too much about Inn To The Woods but honestly it'll be tough. The spot is terrific (outside of Friday Harbor but not too far and close enough to Roche Harbor to be fine) and the B&B is just perfect. Patrick's a great host (and chef) and the room we had was amazing. With...

This is a nice out of town(s) sort of B&B. Patrick was very courteous but not too talkative. The room was clean and we didn't mind the highway traffic noise although who would have thought that this tiny Island had so much traffic? Breakfast is served promptly at 9:00 on the button. If you are late, your breakfast will be...

My 13 year old Grandson and I went on trip and found this great place. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh squeezed orang juice. This was not the time to take a 13 year old boy to Friday Harbor, not a lot to do for him, but I would stay at this place again

The room was great, the view, the furniture and most of all, the feeling of tranquility. However our 3 day stay began with me dragging my suitcase down these very steep steps, at 5'2" and with my bad knees this was very difficult all the while a huge dog was barking at us. Not very welcoming. By the second day,...

We recently stayed two nights at the Inn to the Woods. The Inn is located about 5 miles from the town of Friday Harbor, nestled back in the woods. We were greeted by our host Patrick when we arrived, and unlike some other reviews, we did not find him inhospitable. He showed us around, gave us our keys and the...

We stayed three nights at this peaceful quaint Bed and Breakfast, which was the perfect amount of time. It truly is off the beaten path with a beautiful view of a lake. The living room and deck encompass this view, also, as do some of the rooms. Our room was decorated tastefully in country decor and the bed was very...

I'm not the sort of reviewer who likes to post unkind comments. I've been using Tripadvisor for more than ten years and other peoples' reviews have helped me plan some great trips, so I write this in the spirit of contributing to the community here. I found Inn to the Woods uncomfortable and was relieved to be leaving. Here are...
