Cant really review this place properly. Views are nice. Bar and lunch lovely, but it's now 1620 and our room still not ready. Have stayed in many places all over the world and this is the most disappointing start to a break ever !!!

This hotel surpassed my expectations. From the first impression, the warm welcome, the lovely upgrade (wedding anniversary - 25th). The Belleek restaurant was excellent and I would rate the service and food up there with the best restaurants I've ever visited (I've been to many)....More

Just spent a lovely couple of days at the hotel. Everything was brilliant particularly the staff in the restaurant at breakfast - we found all the staff were very attentive especially to our two little boys, chatting to them and playing peek-a-boo (actions speak louder...More

There is a lift, however it doesn’t work 24/7. It turns off at night and back on again early in the morning. I stayed in a junior suite and it had a a separate walk in shower.

Yes some rooms do. Also rooms at front have lovely view of the fountain. Just ask for the view you want
