We only stayed two nights but the hotel was in a great location just outside of Tipperary town and with fantastic views of the Glen of Aherlow. There is no lift in the hotel but the rooms were large, with all facilities including tea coffee and kettle iron and ironing board. The tv was limited to 6 channels. The bathroom...

Had dinner with a large group recently. The food was excellent and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. So often vegetables are over cooked. The meal was made even more perfect by the wonderful serving staff. Everyone's individual preferences were looked after with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful location. Hope to do an overnight before too...

I celebrated my 50th birthday with my family in April. I decided on Aherlow House Hotel as I had my Wedding celebration there over 17 years ago and I always have great memories of this venue and I wasn't disappointed. I rang the hotel and spoke to Eve the events coordinator. She dealt with my booking in a very friendly...

Dropped by the hotel for a light lunch and coffee as I had business in Tipperary town and Clonmel. A very slight detour brought me to the Aherlow House Hotel by way of a steep winding road to the glen of Aherlow. A severe hairpin Bend or two added to the sense of adventure! The hotel is approached by way...

Stayed in the one of the lodges on a B&B basis. The lodge was spacious and well equipped. Would sleep six no problem. Would not pick the B&B option as the breakfast was only ok in the hotel. Ate in the bar two nights. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The common areas of hotel has been given a facelift...

Beautiful location for a wedding for photos for an overall day out around this beautiful place. On a fine day it is a lovely place to go walking and taking in the scenery. This is a beautiful place to visit.

We had a lovely stay in Aherlow House Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was lovely, went back for seconds! And the room was clean with tea/coffee making amenities. The scenery is spectacular surrounding the hotel. The walkways are wonderful. It seems to be a very popular area or walkers and cyclists. The hotel is situated...

We attended a wedding here recently, and had a great time. Check in was fast and by a very nice girl. There was no lift here though, and elderly relatives had a job getting up the stairs. The rooms are definitely dated, especially the bathroom. The shower was ancient. Having said that though, the room was very comfortable and well...

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have had two dinner parties here recently and the only issue my guests had was trying to decide which night was better, the food is 5 star restaurant level, every single dish is delicious. I would personally...
