Very comfortable stay with family. Front office manager Manish is very good and cooperative. He has upgraded our room to suite by himself. Breakfast is good as well we stayed two nights so one day it was continental and another day it was an Indian menu. The hotel has a well trained staff. So for me and my family, I felt like it my another home.

It was one of the best experience we had as The Waterfront Shaw, Lavasa. I visited with my family and as soon as we reached, I was told by the manager that our room has been upgraded to a better and bigger room. A nice ffeling to start your vacay to be honest. The rooms are quite comfortable and well maintained. They have ensured that all the basic requirements are met while you stay at the hotel. A petty thing to probably highlight but this is the only place I have stayed so far who refills the tea-coffee during the evening too. Overall our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay and the food. Thanks to Manish and Mukesh for ensuring our short trip was relaxed.

Lavasa is Awesome location for short stay. Water front Shaw is situated bang on lake, it’s very well maintained property, well behaved staff & good food. 1 BHK is very specious. Weekends have more visitors than weekdays. Must visit .

Lavasa is a beautiful place for one day picnic as there is not much to do. Pros: 1. The food is good. We only had breakfast here. 2. Upgraded to 1BHK suite promenade facing which was quite spacious and clean but no bath tub which was quite disappointing. Cons 1. There is no swimming pool.Please note this as this information is not available anywhere else. 2. No activity or play area for kids. 3.No view. The promenade facing looks like a gutter so better go for mountain view. 4. Expensive stay considering the hotel is almost dead and service is poor.

When you arrived, you had 02 children also of age around 6 years. Since Studio cannot accommodate 02 Adults and 02 children, we UPGRADED you without any charges to Luxury 01 Bedroom Promenade Facing apartment so that you can be comfortable and children will have space to run and play. We're glad to hear that you found Lavasa to be a beautiful place for a one-day picnic and enjoyed the quality of our food, especially the breakfast. On the positive side, we're pleased that you were upgraded to a spacious and clean 1 Bedroom suite promenade facing Apartment. We understand your point about the absence of a bathtub. Please understand Lavasa being ECO friendly place, bathtubs are not allowed to be fixed in any hotels' room. Regarding the pricing and service, we would like to mention that the amenities and facilities provided, very well justify the price. Our apartment offers Microwave, Induction Hot Plate along with cookware, Refrigerator, Hot water Kettle along with tea/coffee replenishment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, Exhaust chimney etc, justifying the price. However we are dedicated to improving the overall guest experience, and your feedback will assist us in identifying areas for enhancement. We stayed at water front shaw recently. Rooms are neat and property is well maintained. Rooms, living room and bathrooms all are spacious. Staff is also very cordial. Manish took good care. Food was also very nice. Though it is on american concept but all dishes were very well prepared.
