Very good hotel for stay in lavasa. Room and washroom were clean, hygienic and well maintained. Promenade view is lovely. You can spend best evening/night around there. Food and breakfast is delicious. One con is if they call themselves a 4 star hotel then pls provide uninterrupted internet/wifi. It was down half of the time. They give excuse of Jio network availability which is not good. Jio mobile network and their wifi goes off at the same time.

I visited Lavasa with my family and stayed at this wonderful property. Mr Mukesh Kumar and Manish were extremely hospitable and ensured we not only had a pleasant stay but also looked into any specific needs of requirements we had. The property is in close proximity to the promenade and the marketplace. The eateries hosted were wonderful as well. All in all we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in this beautiful city.

Some of the restaurants which we used that were near are no good on taste and even serve stale food.

The waterfront rooms won't be good as the lake is dry and the area has not been cleaned in maybe few months.
Don't plan for more than a day as it will be boring and simply not worth the spend.

Booked the hotel on Agoda. On Agonda it was mentioned that the property has a swimming pool but when we arrived to the hotel they did not have a pool. The staff explained very nicely that the pool was discontinued more than 8 years ago and the listing was incorrect at Agoda's site which was a mistake. Pool was non negotiable to me so I had contacted Agoda for cancellation. Even though the hotel policy has no cancellation on date of arrival, the staff was udnerstanding and approved my cancellation request and gave me a full refund of the booking. They were extremely cooperative through the process and even treated us like their guests although we had cancelled the booking. Felt extremely bad for cancelling the booking as it was not the hotel's fault for the wrong information given on Agoda's website, but pool was our main criteria so we had to leave. Next time would directly call them and book instead of booking from Agoda. Mr. Manish from front desk was the one who guided us through the cancellation process.

My family and I spent 4 days in the last October at Waterfront Shaw apartment during our visit to our daughter who is studying at Christ University at Lavasa. We are very much satisfied about the location, parking facility, services received & the facility in the apartment. Rooms and toilets were spacious, clean and were well maintained. Hot water was always available in bathroom. This property is located not far from the market, so it was very convenient.
The hotel staff are well-behaved, pleasant and their help was available at any time for us. I am sure, I shall be visiting this apartment in future many times. I am recommending this property for Lavasa visitors, and I am sure it won’t disappoint you!

Starting with the Receptionist Mr. Manish, I’ve had a very pleasant experience at checkin, he took care of everything including upgradation of the suits at request while resolving the issue which I faced while booking very gracefully. The staff was very accommodating and took care of the luggage with at most respect.
The food which I had was one of the best tasting dine I’ve had, sticking to the them (All American dine) not just me but both my Guardinas loved the food which was served to us as the staff modified the cuisine at request.
The rooms were clean, specious and the view was as amazing at it gets.

Amazingly located, courteous staff, great service. Great view from balcony. What else can one ask? Nothing, and yet they gave us a free upgrade of our room! They have their own set of bicycles that we can use for free. Food varieties were ok, the only thing to be improved is the quality of food items served during breakfast. But overall, absolutely worth it.

Excellent rooms in the heart of Lavasa. I will highly recommend this hotel. Their service is great and the rooms are very well maintained. They share their breakfast buffet with The All American Diner restaurant which is great. You get Indian regular options for breakfast and the spread is quite good.
The hotel also has complimentary bicycles with helmets and it is a fun way to explore the city. You also have badminton rackets.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here and it is a good way to escape the city hustle and bustle.
