Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
It is centrally located within few minutes walking to the major sights and attractions around the Lavasa promenade. We were a family of 5 and we opted for a 1 BHK wherein the sofa would convert into a bed at night. The bathroom was large clean. The kitchenette had all the equipment to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast session would be the highlight as it is laid out in buffet style on the promenade next to the lake. Early mornings are a delight with the good food, cool and leafy surroundings. Staff at the hotel is warm and look after your needs.
I would certainly book this hotel again (if I manage to get availability as they are sold out most of the times in peak season). They perform far better than their competition in the neighborhood who tend to take guests for granted.

Hotel staff is very nice and courteous, they kept us well informed about the entry fee, we checked in a bit late and informed the hotel in advance, on the day of check in they called us and informed us that they will requiring our vehicle number to be informed to security to enter into lavasa late night. They also informed is abt dinner arrangements since we were checking in late provided us with the menu of near by restaurants which deliver food in the hotel ......so they kept us informed well in advance to avoid the hustles. Rooms were very nice and clean, we opted for two bedroom, view was also very nice, Staff were very responsive and all the instructions given to them were done without any reminders. We had a great stay........ I wud like to suggest to have medium sized pillows, the one provided were large and bit uncomfortable to sleep, morning tea has much scope for improvement and breakfast can have some more eating options, but overall i am very happy with the service and the staff response. Thankyou so much, will visit again !!!

The most calm and serene place to visit. Perfect for a short trip with friends or family. The rooms were super clean and luxurious and you get a whole 1BHK for a affordable price. The view from the property is to die for!! All amenities you can imagine were there, wifi, 24/7 hot water, a fully functioning kitchen and a very comfortable huge bed to sink in after a long and hard week. There is also a market place just 2 minutes away where you can get all food or just order from any restuarant which is available right at your doorstep. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant day and I will recommend anyone to visit this place. I am for one, definitely coming back during the monsoons!!

The rooms are essentially a very compact full serviced room which has a nice kitchen. The promenade view room windows open bang in front of the lake. The restaurant though is a bit downer because of the limitations of the food variety being served and pure vegetarians are better advised to make arrangements for lunch / dinner elsewhere. Staff is polite and well behaved. Reception was welcoming and the housekeeping staff was very attentive to respond to our needs.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant - the rooms are spacious and very nicely maintained. One specific experience that I would like to share - My booking with the hotel ran into some confusion which I realised only when I reached the hotel. The hotel front desk managed by Mr Sunil and the GM of hotel My Mukesh went beyond my expectation to help me solve the confusion. They also took care of my family by allocating a room so that they are comfortable, while I was busy sorting out the issue with my travel agency. Even though it was 30th of Dec, when most hotels are want to make the max of the possible, the help extended by these two gentlemen in terms of proper guidance to resolution of issue as well as taking care of my family is highly commendable with no losses incurred by me. I would strongly recommend the hotel, not only for this great gesture, but also because it is a nice property, nice staff and also for its location.

I stayed with my wife and our twin daughters from 3rd to 5th July 21 in their 1 Bhk spacious apartment facing promenade. The apartment was well equipped with dining table, sofa, tv and a working kitchen which had microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and cooking vessels. The view was very relaxing in the rains facing the lake and promenade. Mr Samee at the front desk was very helpful and provided us all assistance whenever needed. Currently most of the popular restaurants of Lavasa are closed but food can be ordered in the room or also be prepared as the kitchen has all facilities. Lavasa is not a crowded place like Lonavla and much safer to roam around in an easy way.

We had a great experience at hotel. All staff was very humble, coirteous and having a helping attitute. My special compliments to Manish, Frontdesk Duty Manager for the bestest check in, check out experience along with providing the room with a scenic front. The hospitality was too good and the 1 BHK room on 3rd floor was very spacious with clean having all amenities like microwave oven, induction, kettle, etc...Lavasa is a picturesque city located near Pune. The location of the hotel is exactly in the middle of the main Lavasa city, where everything is on a walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were pretty clean, aesthetic, and giving all the positive vibes. The architecture of the rooms is in Italian style, and the standing balcony was adding to its extravagant beauty.
We got the lake side view room, and believe me, that was the best decision made.
There are quite a few restaurants in Lavasa market and around, but the actual american food is served by this very hotel itself by the name of American Diner. It's a bit pricy but worth all the money.
