The hotel has free wifi but you need to walk down 25 to 30 steps to get to the reception area to have access to the free wifi.
Property is at Good location, Nice cottages, Rooms are well maintained.Price is high compared to others. Food is ok.Staff service is good. Ambience is good. Can recommend. Best time to visit in monsoon.
The spread was decent yet delicious with dishes like Chole Bhature, Medu Vada Sambaar, Sabudana Khichadi, Live Dosa / Uthappam counter, Eggs made to order and regular continental breakfast items.
Ekaant is a Nice place to unwind... Lovely views. Monsoons are a treat at this place.. We enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again. They have games and recreational area so it's family friendly.

We were here for my dad's 60th birthday. The place is very good to relax. Food is good. pool side is amazing. i was given a discount by Mr. Santosh. i will look forward to another visit to the resort.

We booked this place on booking.com and thank our lucky stars that we didnt pay online. The apartment was terrible and had no toiletries. There was one used towel that had been left out to dry and the caretaker kept it in the cupboard in front of us. There was no amenities in the kitchen. The room was stinking. The bedsheets and blanket looked like they had never been changed. IF YOU ARE READING THOS REVIEW.....,, do not book unless you dont mind terrible quality

It was my first Visit in Lavasa I visit with my Family I booked through trip advisor through booking.com by mistake double booking was done but I visit on my first booking and told the portifino owner please cancel my booking suddenly I got call from the owner I told him I didn't visit here the man continuously call me and scared me asking for 50% Amount of booking he told me that he will sent some bouncer to collect the amount or he will find me and take the booking amount I attached the SMS in photo on my holidays this man frausted me continuously till the afternoon for money please check the address before going this proper I mention the address in subject line see how they behave like tourist

The stay was fine but needs improvement in service. There was no electricity for 4 hours and no one cared about it. Room was little small but comfortable. Hot water was not available. TV was not working. Location is very good.

Hotel Portofino Royal is located in Lavasa area near pune is a nice weekend destination for people looking for peace from the hustle & bustle of the city. However, the rooms are very nice & spacious. The price was also fair & it seemed value for money.
