The hotel is centrally located in Shanti Niketan with a good restaurant attached to it. The property and infrastructure is good. Surprisingly, the reception is in the first floor whereas the entry is in ground floor. The lot of broken furniture and unused material is dumped near the entry point giving an impression that the hotel is not bothered about the bad impression that it can make. The lifts leading to the first floor reception are well maintained but it is beyond my understanding as to why the ground floor, the entry point is used as a dumping yard. However, good staff in the reception desk finished the check in formalities quickly with a smiling face. A better focus on its maintenance will make it a great place to stay.
During the stay I found that deep cleaning to the room was never done. Hence, the furniture and corners of the room are full of dust. The room is cleaned in important parts but the furniture is not dusted. Wherever we sat, the dust was visible.
The sink in the washroom is broken. It is not replaced and some some araldite type of material seems to have been used to bind it with visible broken scars. For such a good property, such patch work makes it loose its elegance. The room service in the restaurant starts at 8 AM. It should start at 6 am so that coffee/tea could be served. In-room dining service is bad. The food is not prepared with care and concern for the guests. We found that the 'Roti' was prepared with stale atta. After we complained about it, some how it was patched up by replacing the food. It does not reflect good on the part of the hotel administration. They should realize that quality of food is the only way through which they can impress and compete in the industry. The effort should be to improve the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.

The food was tasty, and we really enjoyed it. The starters, lemon pepper fish and crispy chilly babycorn , followed by the main course comprising of Mutton Hari Court and Tandoori Roti was a wonderful experience. We also had a special hilsa dish with plain rice.The staff , especially Parimal and Koushik, took good care of us and were quite cordial. Club Central Bolpur has always been a ' look forward ' restaurant where we like the whole ambience in totality.

I am a regular customer at Hotel Club Central, Bolpur. I prefer staying here everytime I visit Bolpur as the rooms here are clean and cozy and the food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant manager, Mr. Rudra and staff members were helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mr. Parimal who helps us select the best dishes everytime we visit the restaurant. He's very courteous and and attentive to the needs of customers.

We went to that place to celebrate my aunt's birthday but they made the celebration very awkward because:
* Food was good but not as per the standard recipe.
* Ambience of the restaurant was good .
* Staffs are pathetic. They don't even know about service sequence. Always ready to say NO for anything and everything such as serving food, providing finger bowls, cloth napkin etc. Servers are directly informing that they are running the entire restaurant by 2 staffs.
Very shameful for the Club Central upper management team that instead of upgrading the necessary standards they are focusing only on revenue (Money) .

Club Central Hotel is the best place to stay at Santiniketan. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. The restaurant serves a variety of cuisines and the food is extremely delectable and fresh. They even made me Iced Americano on personal request although it wasn't on the menu. The staff are all very friendly.

We had booked a superior room from 25th January,2024- 27th January,2024. A wedding reception was held at their banquet hall on 26th Jauary,2024. Loud music was blaring away from the wedding reception area. We as senior citizens , rang up the reception intercom number 9, quite a number of times and requested them to tone down the volume of the loud music. To our utter surprise, the reception staff Toufic Mondal, Indrajit Adhikari and manager Subhash Chandra Majhi, said they had permission to do so. The loud music was kept on playing beyond 10pm, flouting the norms. Such callous insensitive behavior to their own hotel guests is generally not expected. It was barely impossible to stay in the room. It was sore point in our stay at Club Central Hotel, Shantiniketan. They were indifferent to our requests to tone down the loud music that was been played from the wedding reception area. It speaks of the utter callousness and insensitiveness of Club central people, shown towards their guests. This caused a lot of mental agony and reflected volumes about the care they take towards their hotel guests.

We frequently visit this restaurant and we have found the ambience and quality of food is good. A large variety of food is available which is quite nice to pick and choose if you are a regular here. Got to say this restaurant is the best at bolpur.

Whenever I visit bolpur I always look after this place for having lunch or dinner. You'll almost get every type of food here and the quality of the food is very good. Everyone is very helpful and we'll behaved, I would specifically like to thank Mr. Parimal for the service he has given. One thing I have to mention if they'll manage to cook the food according to the choice then it'll be perfect. Thank you
